I’ve been going to this play to get my nails done for 10 + years now. Even after owner changes still a wonderful place. It’s been re modeled looks great.

This place is actually a great place to get your hair done. I wasn’t exactly too sure about it at first, but the results were phenomenal. It took under two hours to highlight and dye my hair, shampoo and condition, and then cut my hair. Other places have taken twice that amount of time and charged even more. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I went here while my regular nail person was on vacation to get ready for my aunt’s funeral and I’m NEVER coming back again. I got chemical burns on my nails and finger tips. The only thing that the guy got right was the shape of the nail. They didn’t clean the tools and the place wasn’t sanitary. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years and have never had this happen. Now I can’t have anything on my nails till the damage grows out, they are so ugly and they hurt.

Worst salon ever, and I am no salon snob. I’ve visited this place twice, the first time I had a very inexperienced woman do a shellac, for what seemed to be her first time, I spent 4 hours there. That’s crazy. Then I had just a bad feeling about the owner, she never spoke or smiled at me. Then today I come by as an emergency quick fix, the owner said 20 minutes I came back in twenty minutes, she did not acknowledge me and let me sit there for 20 minutes taking other folks first. I would never visit this place again. I work for a media company and I’ll be sure to share this review. I hope the owner shapes up her attitude.

I wrote a review in June and even had a ‘compliment’ from it. so here it is again… Not the same quality stylist as they used to have. BEWARE: I used to go to salon U4ea when Kim owned it. I don’t cut my hair very often, so was surprised to hear that Kim had sold a cpl years ago. Even though a friend had a bad cut there recently, I went ahead and let Donald cut my hair. Well, Donald must be a new hairstylist because he knows not what he doeth. I am horrified at my hair cut. I had to ask him to stop cutting the sides…‘too short, too short.’ But the back he only took off an inch when I asked for 3… he said he could cut it shorter and I quickly said ‘NO, PLEASENOMORE!‘ He said it was dead so he HAD to cut it off and then he said it is in style. Frankly I don’t give a d@!m what is in style, I wanted what I asked for PERIOD. The other ‘stylist’ was loud, obnoxious and ridiculously unprofessional. Then when I paid and it was only $ 14, I realized I just got exactly what I paid for; a sub par haircut. I would NOT recommend this salon for any women anymore.

If there could be «0» stars, this business would get a big fat ZERO! I have had such horrible dealings with the staff there and I haven’t even gotten any services done there. I had a Groupon that was expiring back in May 2013 so I called the last 3 weeks of May trying to get in — I know, me bad, waiting till the last minute:-p Everytime I called they would only give me a 1pm appointment, I guess they were all booked up in the morning. First, they never asked me for my name for the appt; second, they didn’t ask me what I needed done. I ended up canceling all appts because 1pm just was not a good time. Fast forward to today, I called ahead 5 days before for another appt but this time only for a shellac planning to use the value purchased on the Groupon which never expires. I checked in but they couldn’t find my appt because whoever took my phone call didn’t put my name down! And then, when I showed the girl my Groupon she said it already expired, and yes I know, but the value never expires which is clearly stated on the certificate. She still insisted they don’t honor the amount paid and told me to contact Groupon for a refund. Whaat??? What a waste of time. Do NOT patronize this nail salon! A bunch of buffoons running this place:-p

I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months + and finally got around to write a review. First off the new remodel looks VERY nice. Secondly I love the price for a simple men’s haircut(at only 9.00). They can be busy at times but always do their best to accept walk ins. My schedule is very busy as a full time student and a full time employee. Typically I can show up and ask how long the wait is, and if more then 10 minutes I just leave and come back another day. And it’s worth waiting as I like the stylists. Normally I can be in and out in 15 minutes. I get my hair cut there monthly and I have devolved a bond with them to the point they all ready know what I want. The stylist just asks if I want the same as last time and gets to work. They are set back in the strip mall so parking is never an issue and the booths are always clean and orderly. Before finding them I use to just buzz but my hair myself. There was one visit where I felt like I was a bother to them. But I also noticed that the stylist that gave me that«attitude/look»(you know that look like I’m too busy ATM and just want to do nails/watch tv) is no longer employed there. If so, good choice Managment.

Discovered this gem in a little tiny town of Aloha. For men’s haircut, it’s only $ 9! I have not gotten a haircut from other people at this place but my review is for Katie, who seems like the only Asian lady working at this place. I think this salon is hers. I came little early but she was accommodating. She made her effort to make me feel comfortable and gave me a haircut that was much better than i expected. Low expectation and all but I really liked the end-product, and that’s what matters right? Since it was so cheap, I felt obligated to give her a good tip. I will be back Katie!

Worst hair salon I’ve ever been to! First off because I was gonna drive 45 miles to get there, I called way in advance to make an appointment at noon to make sure they would be available. I get there a few minutes before noon just to wait 30 minutes before someone asked in a high pitch yelling Asian voice what I needed. What’s the point on having an appointment if you gals can’t manage a schedule?! The place was way understaffed for a Saturday afternoon. While my hair was being cut, the Asian lady turned a couple of other ladies away because there were only two people working at the time. Anyway, my biggest problem was when I told them I had a groupon that I wanted to use for semi-highlights, a haircut and hair conditioning — all in all a $ 89 value which I paid $ 40 for. Long story short, the lady refused to do any semi-highlights because I needed a color correction, which she wasn’t gonna do because I was pregnant, then on the same account she refused to do the hair conditioning too. What’s hair conditioning to do with the pregnancy?! I’ll never know. So I ended up paying $ 89 for a cheesy haircut which didn’t cost more than $ 15. I was fuming and over ventilating by the time I got out of there and swore to never ever again step foot in that salon again! Such crass lack of professionalism it’s hard to imagine, but this is the picture you get when you step into a God forbidden salon that doesn’t even have the correct company name out front!
