I ordered delivery through grub hub. The food came on time. I had the chicken shawarma wrap which came with fries. It was really good. The fried cauliflower was also good, (but a little soggy from being delivered in a styrofoam container). The hummus and baba ganuj were ok, maybe a little under seasoned. I will order from them again. I’m looking forward to trying the grape leaves.

Absolutely delicious, fresh and clean! Home cooking without all the work. I had the Gyro sandwich and my husband had the Chicken Shawarma, both were amazing. We will definitely be back for more! Next time for the wings!

I just had the meat pie appetizer, the chicken shawarma pita wrap, and the Namora dessert. All of it was fantastic! The meat pie was moist and delicious inside, with a great NON GREASY crust outside! The chicken shawarma was flavorful with great sauce, good sized chicken pieces, a nice balance of vegetables and an excellent size for big guys! Crispy tasty fries too! The Namora was firm, moist and sweet, but not overly sugary. I look forward to trying other selections from this place. Nice job Pita King!

Just enjoyed a great BL&T at this place. Friendly service and good quick food at this family-​run business. When you go, tell the owner, Diab Hadeed or his mother, that I sent you. Next time I’m trying the Syrian specialties.

Awesome food, atmosphere, and employees/​owner! Definitely a more laid back feel in Allentown if you’re not looking for the upscale places on 7th & Hamilton.

I came here after the gym tonight. It is the only middle eastern place around that is open on Monday evening. The owner is an incredibly nice and inviting woman. She even offered me quarters for the meter. I had the chicken shawarma which was delicious and it came with great fries which I regretfully ate. She sat with me and we talked about different friends we have in common from the area. Very enjoyable experience and I will be back soon.

Lunch review. Arrived at 1pm and only a few people were there. The place is clean and comfortable with tables and booths. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma which come with fries, a drink, and paid $ 13.15. Food was brought to my table in 12 minutes. It was delicious! Pita, chicken, etc perfect. Fries were also great. I almost never give 5 stars but I’m doing it today. Prices are a bit expensive but average now for this part of town. I will be back.

The food here is fresh and delicious. The fries that are included in most meals have just the right amount of crispiness. The tabouli salad is fresh and delicious. This makes for a good dinner but … the prices are somewhat high for lunch; fries are often unnecessarily included with healthy food such as falafel and chicken gyros; and it takes a while to be produced. If Pita King is trying to be a sit-​down dinner place, ok, good value. But it is not a good value for a quick grab & go lunch. $ 8.95 for a salad for lunch is just too much, especially with 2 other places within a block offering bigger salads for a lower price. But, oh, the food is tasty!
