Opa!!! When I hear the word«opa» I immediately think about Greece. The bar is nice looking, several monitors are displayed and it’s fairly clean. The jukebox was outdated, time for a software update A.S.A.P. After sipping my drink inside, we walked to the patio out back which is nice. Two big screen tvs, decent patio furniture, ceiling fans to keep you cool or blow the cigarette smoke away. Also, they have a hookah($ 10) bar which is awesome. I couldn’t help but notice the cute Spanish barmaids, they’re energetic, attentive, and friendly. In my opinion, the girls were cool but they didn’t state the bar specials if any that night. I think servers/bartenders should promote any drink specials being offered at that time. Anyway, my beer wasn’t cold enough for me. And if you’ve read my reviews, i’m a stickler for cold beer. I ordered a draft of Yuengling lager, the beer was semi chilled. Come on management, beer should be served around 38 degrees. I would comment on the food but the wing zings i wanted were sold out. Finally, the big question, will I come back? Probably not, but the outdoor patio is a great feature.

Pretty good sports bar, they have some of the best fries of any local bar, their onion rings were great too. I stopped in to watch the NFL playoff games and it was a good experience. Cute Syrian female bartenders! :p Very clean place and they have a free popcorn machine in the corner with great popcorn if you just want something to snack on.

The blue cheese burger was made with a quality angus beef patty, but the drippy messy blue cheese sauce was awful. I expect real blue cheese on my burger not a watery sauce with one chuck of blue cheese in it. Also the burger seemed a bit dried out like it was pressed on the grill and the juices squeezed out. The lack of lettuce and tomato not being on the burger only added to the dryness.

As an middle-class Eastsider, I stumbled into this place last Fall after having not been there since it’s former life as Celebrations Bar. WOW, what a change by new ownership for this neighborhood establishment. Excellent Food and Great Service. Food prices are clearly cheaper than similar establishments and the Wings are larger than anywhere in the Valley with a long list of sauces available. I watch for their great food specials each day of the week from $ 4.99 wings(M-W-TH) to $ 1 Sliders/Chili Cheese dogs to EVERYDAY $ 3.99 Clams. The line-up of TV’s surrounding the Bar are perfect for SPORTS viewership and unlike the crumbling east side Woody’s, they can actually dial up the newest 24 hour sports channel in «FOXSPORTS1» to watch BIGEAST basketball, NASCAR, MMA, etc. who are only contracted to be seen on that network. I have enjoyed their FREE spread of food for New Years EVE/Super Bowl and other events. I laughed out loud at the clown review someone wrote here talking about«wanna-be gangsters». This bar is full of neighborhood regulars from old-timers wearing PSU&ND gear to a large contingent of younger diverse Basketball fans. Anyone who has spent anytime in this bar knows that the owner does not stand for hooligans and has troublemakers removed immediately. He even yanked out the old pool tables upstairs to keep out certain issues. They draw a solid College Basketball viewership and I never miss watching a VILLANOVA game there… Day or NIGHT. Nothing but Cold beer in a clean glass and great bartenders who know their customers. It’s a clean atmosphere for dining and I was impressed they go beyond the usual PUB food with their entrees. While mostly couples eat in the dining area, I have seen families and youth teams come in for the good food. They host Private parties upstairs and have a patio for outdoor dining. You want the biggest negative… Parking is tough when they are packed for events or parties. Then you have to avoid the wrath of the shopping center or garages in the vicinity who don’t want Bar customers in their lots.
