Joe’s Battery & Tire Service

I got a new tire, they repaired my bent rim, and mounted and balanced it all for under $ 100. And it was all done in less than 30 minutes! Don’t overlook this place. They’re fair, fast, and friendly.

I had a pretty bad experience with Joe’s. I went in to have my car checked for a noise that it was making related to a tire/​wheel well. The mechanics themselves were really nice and helpful, and seem like a good group. They checked the car and were about to send me on my way when the owner called me back in. He was extremely rude and «money grubbing», and demanded I pay money since the mechanic checked the car out.
I asked him why he didn’t mention there was a charge before checking the car, and his reply was «did you ask»? Then he was aggressive and kept asking me where I work and if I would do things for free. I didn’t mind the fact that I had to pay, but I was extremely put off by his negative demeanor and complete lack of understanding that the customer comes first. He was more interested in making a charge than making a customer for life.
As an owner, he should understand that the customer comes first, rather than trying to attack me personally. I feel bad for the guys that work there.
Give the negative attitude of the management, I would recommend staying away from this place. Good luck!

Got a flat tire and was recomended to Joe’s. It was dead on. Quick efficient service and the price was perfect.
They have a good reputation and this visit certainly lived up to it!

After some fairly exhaustive internets research on tire disposal/​recycling I ended up making a call to the local recycling center and they pointed me to Joe’s.
$ 2.50/tire. Fast and easy, no nonsense, didn’t try to sell me new tires.
That’s the extent of my experience with them, not sure how they are price/​quality wise for actual car service. Just glad to have found a place to get rid of some tires that have been sitting in the basement.
