BEWARE
They nearly blinded me with cvs purchased flash lashes, old glue and and unlicensed clinician. It was the worst experience of my life. I had to go immediately to me eye doctor to remove the thick black glue FROM MY EYE. They glued one eyelid completely shut. Didn’t sterilize equipment. Didn’t tape down or protect my skin. AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. I have reported them. They should be put out of business.

This place was my worst nail nightmare! I would never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone!!! Absolutely dirty on the inside, the towel they used to dry my hands smelled like vomit and clearly was used on several people without being washed. Very sloppy manicure, I have polish all over my cuticles. Extremely disappointed-​returning to my old salon later today to get them redone.

This is my first visit. I came to get my lip waxed. The lady who took care of me was nice and very quick without seeming rushed at all. I was seen and taken care of within 5 minutes. Everyone there, both employees and patrons seemed to be in pleasant moods.
Everything was clean and neat. They had a wide selection of options and services. Their prices are all clearly posted.
I will definitely be returning for a quick and speedy wax in 2 to 3 weeks.

I purchased a groupon for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. I called for an appointment but the girl hung up on me and never asked for my name.
When I arrived there wasn’t anyone there but still had to wait because they were too busy chatting. I specifically said I have an hour.
During my pedicure, the girl was too busy talking so stopped every couple minutes. She seemed to rush through and wasn’t very friendly. One girl kept coming over to chat and interrupting. Then the girl said to go over I have a complementary 15 minute massage on the other side of the shop. I said, No I have to be out of there in an hour, she kept saying it’s free, just go.
Needless to say it was an hour and a half until I left and my gel manicure peeled off in 3 days. What a waste.
When I went to present my groupon, the girl said I couldn’t use it without an appointment. Well I called for appointment but was hung up on!
I would not recommend and would not return.

BUYER BEWARE! VERY EXPENSIVE, CON ARTIST AND CRAPPY QUALITY I went to their South Mall location. This is not my first bad experience there but after a year or two, with limited options on a Sunday I thought I would try it. I originally was going to go to Le Spa and I wish to god I had! I chose Jade because I very inaccurately thought it would be LESS expensive than Le Spa… I was sadly mistaken.
Let’s start with my girlfriend, she got a standard mani and spa pedicure… the pedicure went fine even tho they try to upsell you on everything and are quite pushy about it. She then got her manicure, they switched manicurist in the middle and she told the new guy that the lady had only done one hand and he brushed her off and said it’s okay it’s oaky… he went on to insult her and tll her she was very pretty for a black girl… the guy is quite lucky she didn’t tell me this until after I left. Her paint looks like I could have done a better job and they charged her $ 40.00 — highway robbery.
My 4 year old got a pedicure and it was also fine however the guy was borderline insulting by insinuating that my daughter had «good skin like her mom» vs like her father who is African American. I ignored that.
I got a pedicure which was fine. Then went to get my fill and the owner, Linda was rushing through it and didn’t even get all of the polish from my previous gelish color off from around the edges I thought okay no biggie but I won’t come back… they then moved me over to the painting station where another lady took over painting and I pulled my hands out of the fluorescent light when they were done and looked at them and almost lost it. I have had bad manicures in every state in the union in the last 20 years but holy hell this was the WORST possible I had ever seen. I wasn’t going to even leave looking like this… the polish was thick and lumped and she got polish all over my fingers too it just looked TERRIBLE. I said something to the gentleman sitting behind me and he called linda over her started filing and couldn’t even fix them and had to take me back to her work station and fix 8 of 10 fingers and completely REPAINT them and go through the whole drying process again… If you know gelish — you know this was time consuming and a pain in my behind!!! So then the guy comes over and says that my daughter’s pedicure was $ 15.00 I said that’s fine but I am not coming back… it’s too expensive and my nails look terrible. The owner comes over and says that she’s sorry and she’ll give me my «Gelish» for free.
So fast forward, my daughter and my friend were going shopping and I said I will just be a few more minutes. The woman painting my nails for the second time said, my boss says you get 15 min of reflexology/​massage. I thought okay they are trying to make me happy so I come back so I said okay. I sat through the 15 minutes and then got my brows done.
A 4 year old pedicure $ 15.00
Acrylic Fill and gelish polish (Supposedly free polish) $ 25.00
Spa Pedicure for adult (nothing fancy) $$ 25.00
Eyebrows $ 10.00
MY BILL WAS $ 116.00!!! I was so furious that I paid it and left I will NEVER EVER Set foot in this place again. They are con artist and prey on customers. I have gotten these EXACT services (and paid for Gellish) with my daughter included for less than $ 75 on a regular basis!

Sasha did my pedicure and I’ve been to every nail salon within 30 miles even the mall. They are offering a pedicure with hot stone massage where you actually get a lot for your money. No wait and great service. Ask for the full treatment on your pedicure. I even got a chair massage For 12 $extra .Ask for Sasha… My pedicure was 30 and my feet look great. If you ask ahead for Sasha you’ll be glad you did!

I found this nail salon on Unilocal.I am totally pleased with the service I received. Every one was polite and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to gel gel coated or just a manicure. I wound up getting the manicure because I wanted to use the Polish I had at home.
There was never any pressure and for $ 12.00 for the manicure I had the best hand massage ever. They really went out of their way to make me happy. I will definitely go back again and might go with the gel coat for $ 22.00.
Definitely worth your time to check them out!

This has got to be the best nail salon/​spa in all of Allentown!!!
I enjoy their service and I never wait long either. Linda is super friendly and does a great job on nails and pedicures. Sasha is the masseuse Monday-​Wednesday and is a sweetheart and nurturing overall and a tough cookie with massages, but she does take away back pain tension and does great facials. Although for facials I do like lee lee which is here for Thursday-​Sunday she does a great job on facials too and massages your arms during a facial too, putting you at ease and super relaxed.
I have been here so often and serviced by all their staff including having pedicures by Linda’s husband who does a great job leaving my feet refreshed and nicely polished.
I love this place because it is right by the gym (location is convenient) and I can do all my pretty services here such as: get my nails done, pedicure, massage, facials, waxing, and if I really want to I can schedule to get my hair cuts here too! They offer a variety of services too not just the stuff I go for, but they do eyelash extensions too and all types of massages, facials, pedicures too. I have tried the hot stone massage which was good too although I will stick with a regular because that seems good enough to get the tension out.
I can only say that nail design is not their specialty like they don’t have them displayed or have airbrush offered but I am sure they will add stuff like that soon. The young guy who does nails here too knows how to do nail design the best I guess. Other than that the place is clean, nice people, quick service, and great prices.

I tried this place after buying a Groupon, but I will not be going back. The man who did my pedicure was rough and painted my nails like a six year old. He started my manicure, but luckily a lady came and completed the painting. The place was not too clean. Cheap Groupon, but not worth it.

My wife goes here every few weeks to get her nails done. It’s a nice place, very friendly staff and they usually let me sit in a massage chair if it isn’t too crowded… so I don’t get too bored waiting for my wife.
She’s only had a problem with her nail breaking one time I believe, but that was because she had to chase our seven year old that day to get him to the dentist. Other than that she keeps going back there, says the prices and service are amazing.
