Walked in to this office to get information over a week ago was told they would call me the following day and I never heard from them. Way to let a new patient not feel welcome at all. I was really looking forward to going here but obviously they don’t need my business. Very rude

Dr. Steven Lee is obviously very knowledgeable about dentistry. He knew my former dentist and could tell the fine work he did. They had worked together previously in some capacity. They do dental work similarly. Dr. Lee is professional and personable. He has a good sense of humor which makes the visit to the dentist pleasant. A little laughter goes a long way to help the dental visit go smooth. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend Suncreek Family Dentistry. Someone noted in a comment that they did not have Saturday hours, but that is not true. They offered them when I went in.

We started out with normal stuff-​x-​rays, cleanings, etc. A few months in and I am getting hit with cavities for myself and my 10 year old. Weird thing was neither of us had pain or sensitivity or symptoms but what do we know we aren’t the professionals.
We schedule the fillings and the nightmares begin. My son had a reaction to something they used which resulted in us seeking treatment for that. My «cavity» that I had no clue existed before is suddenly horribly painful and I couldn’t close my mouth much less chew on that side. To top it off the office charged me double what they originally quoted. I went back once to try to get my filling fixed but all they did was make it worse after having me wait hours. I think they only reason they finally saw me that day was because I told them I had to get back to work.
Since then I am forced to use sensitive toothpaste and I still have problems with that side. Looking back at insurance statements along with their office billing I am pretty sure I was double billed. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could!

I didn’t like anything about this dental practice — the front office staff was surly, and time after time I was given gloom ‘n doom stories which inevitably ended with the dentist telling me I needed at least one crown.
I really do think that dentists around here are trained to frighten people and say their teeth are crumbling so they can get them back in for high-​dollar procedures. I went to Suncreek for five 6-​month visits and you know what? My teeth are fine. Glad I didn’t spend the money, and I’m glad I didn’t give in to the unnecessary fear and hype.

After a horrible experience with a local Plano dentist who literally drilled a hole in my tooth and told me I had a rotted tooth and it needed to be extracted. I went to this doctor referred to me by my orthodontist, can we say heaven sent. He also agreed I had no ()*#)#*$ rotten tooth. He immediately fixed the problem, with a filling. A few months later the filling came out… and a root canal had to be done. He referred me to another doctor for that also… Dr. Kavita. A review about her will be out shortly. All in all Dr Lee is a great dentist friendly tries all other solutions before having to do something heavy duty.
