Great customer service. Walked in and was greeted right away. The guys were busy but made me feel welcome. I waited and played with all the phones until I could be helped. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable about their plans as well as competitors price points. Highly recommend this location over the Stacy location.

Justin and Blake were amazing and provided amazing service. They have a chair now so feel free to sit. Also, the music was nice and no wait. Got a phone and correct info about plan in 5 mins!

Went to this store to find out about new plans. They’ve changed the store. Now it is half the size it used to be, no chair to sit and talk to the person and see phones. I asked a young guy about their $ 60 per line plan, he turned to the girl sales person and asked:” Do we have a $ 60 per line plan?” Are you serious? You are representing Sprint and you have no clue what plans they have? Girl abruptly in a few words told me about the plan, I turned around and left. Not sure what is going on with this location. Used to go there all the time.

Is it possible to give 0 stars?!! Terrible! Went in to buy an iPhone and none of the display phones were turned on! Half of them even work!
No customer service!
They are telling my they had issues with «my order» and can’t sell me a phone off the shelf because of protocol?! But it’s not my fault that I paid for express delivery and they don’t have it!
They also won’t give me the district manager
his phone number…
Ugh, no wonder all of their stores have a 1 star rating!
