Pizza Hut

This place is nasty they can never get your order right and the manager Steven is an idiot. We gave them so many chances and we were disappointed every single time.

This location has been the one to serve our home for as long as I can remember, Although we don’t order pizza as much as we used to, we’ve ordered from here at least 50 times, I’m certain of it.
For the most part, out experiences are good. Since we’re literally less than a mile away, our food is always hot and fresh, and delivered within a 30 minute window in all but the most extreme cases, and usually less than that. The drivers are courteous, friendly and professional.
So why four stars instead of five? Well, at the end of the day, the Pizza Hut product, while consistent, is still a mass market product that’s designed to be consumed by the same. It’s not haute cuisine, even by pizza standards. The crust isn’t likely to wow you, and the ingredients are probably above average. But if this product is what you want, and sometimes it does hit the spot, this location is consistently one of the best.

My son earned a personal pan pizza as part of the Book It program that Pizza Hut provides through schools. He liked his pizza so much that we just ordered dinner there tonight. It was great!

Several years ago this place had reasonable pizzas for a chain.
But the last 3 – 4 pizzas have been increasingly crappy. Despite asking for extra sauce I get almost no sauce on the pizza, Little toppings, and the pizzas are always cold.
But now they have a NEW MENU! With this comes INCREASED PRICES.
At least we have coupons! But the coupons cannot be used for delivery so they were worthless.
$ 20 for a pizza from a place that didn’t do a good job before?

This is the location we are forced to get delivery from because of how Pizza Hut divides up neighborhoods! If you’re looking for your order to be incorrect and/​or cold on a regular basis, THIS IS the location for you! I have spoken to a manager SEVERAL times over the past year but there hasn’t been any improvement. I finally asked to speak with a District Manager but was told BY THE MANAGER that they aren’t allowed to have their own DMs phone number, but that they’d leave a message and have the DM get back to me! This is over a week later and no call back!
Horrible Customer Service! I Don’t Feel Valued At All!

This restaurant did something I never thought I would see. The pizza delivered to me looked just like the picture I saw when ordering online. It was like some miracle! And it was delicious, too. Good job, Pizza Hut!
