Oil Depot of Allen

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for the last few years. The positive was that they were quick… they also used to give a free car wash with your oil change but that stopped about a year ago.
On Saturday I was nearby and my check engine light was on so I went to see if they could check it out. They did, and it indicated that my o2 sensors needed to be replaced, the worker told me that I’d need to come back M-​F when the mechanic was in. So this week I called in to see if/​when I could drop it off and how much it would cost. The person who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I asked him if he knew about how much it would cost. He said, he’d have to look it up. I said okay. Then he said «No, I’d have to look it up». I said, okay, can you do that? His tone continued to sound more and more annoyed and he said, I don’t have that here in front of me. I asked him «So do you not want my business?» and he got even more rude and yelled «You know what?! NO I DON“T! BYE!!» and hung up on me.
I will never go here again.

Great service! I’ve had work done on my car here on two occasions and came away satisfied in both instances. The owner is a great guy. He always explains his work in great detail and has patience enough to explain things until you understand.
This place doesn’t just change oil. If you need any work done I suggest everyone check this place out.
