Massage Felax

I believe it’s actually called massage relax, not felax… Went in here because I have an interview soon and wanted to feel good going in. Well I paid 60 dollars for 60 minutes and asked for a deep tissue massage, mentioning several times I wanted my chest and shoulder worked on. The whole 60 minutes, she did not do a deep tissue, just stepped on my back… And on top of that, never even touched my shoulders or chest once! Even though I asked during the massage twice, she literally ignored me!!! Then I get out, and they TELL ME to give a 15 dollar tip! They were lucky I even gave the 8! They tried to make me feel cheap for not paying more by being rude but paying 71 $ for having someone step on my back (my mom could do that) was already a rip!!!
This place seriously sucks and it’s people like them that make Chinese people look bad. Rude, WAY OVERPRICED and crappy service. Don’t go in and make the mistake I did!

I agree that this place is a nice surprise! I expected it to be like a Massage Envy/​cookie cutter type of massage place, but the atmosphere was much more spa and zen-​like than I expected and the staff was really nice. I had previously been with a massage therapist from Hiatus Spa, and when she retired, I was having a problem finding a new therapist that was as good.
I have been with Ashley several times and absolutely love her! I always get the Stress Melter and she spends the whole time on my back, shoulders, next and head as I get a lot of tensions headaches and knots from being glued to sitting at my computer. She offered to do Shaitsu as well (the technique where she walks on my back) and I am tempted to try it since a lot of places do not offer this.
I had tried the Dyer Street location before as well, but I love the Park Cities location more! Definitely worth a try and they usually have same day appointments available!

This place was such a lovely surprise! From the outside, you think you’re going to get the «typical» reflexology room with a bunch of chairs all in the same room. That’s not the case at all! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by English speaking employees, who made me feel comfortable. I was escorted to a relaxing, private room, with soft music, and scents of essential oils. I was also offered a beverage– choices ranged from water to wine!
Maggie was my reflexologist, and I just can’t say enough good things about her. She seemed to be knowledgeable about how each point that she touched in the feet can have healing effects. She did an amazing job, and it took all of the power I had not to fall asleep!
Natalie was my massage therapist, and oh my goodness… this gal has to be giving one of the best massages in the DFW area!!! I have had many massages over the years, but none of them compare to this. I was shocked at the level of attention that each therapist gave me, and both promoted a very relaxing environment, which made me not want to leave!
Overall, I can not WAIT to tell my friends about this place, and I will be a regular customer at Massage Felax. Prices are very reasonable– and you definitely get your money’s worth in care.
Do not waste your time with the other reflexology places… I’ve been to a lot of them, and have not been impressed! Massage Felax is where it’s at!!!
