sadly same experience with the other groupon customer. they had patient sign the consent forms right away and in this case did not advise patient of type of cleaning to be performed. not telling customer about the service is not ethical. and ofcourse they had to do what the groupin did not cover, so patient had to pay $$$. (at least they credited the cost of groupon.)

Wait time was less than 10 minutes. I got my yearly dental cleaning done here and the Dr was extremely thorough and explained everything to me, in detail. Since I need further treatment, I had to wait 30 mins for them to finish with their next scheduled appointment. The staff was very nice and I even got to watch Netflix while I sat in their chair waiting. Overall, good experience and I would recommend.

Dr. Shahdad is an outstanding dentist. I and my entire family got a professional treatment in a warm, comforting atmosphere. When we stepped into this dental office, we found that each one of their friendly staff members truly listens, and was attuned to providing to our specific needs. Frankly, we were searching for a dentist who can help us feel right at home, and not make us feel pressured for procedures that are truly optional, and charge us most reasonable fees. They accept almost all the insurances. This dental office is so clean, you cannot even enter the operatory with your shoes. As such, Dr. Shahdad gets my highest level of recommendation for you folks out there looking for the best dental care in an office that cares about you and not your money. Go see her and experience for yourself, even if you need to drive 20 miles which is what I did.
