I try to steer clear of this location now. Since visiting for the past 6 months they have had no receipt paper in any of their pumps outside. I get reimbursed for gas from my job and it is a hassle(especially if you are in a hurry) to run inside to get a receipt. The last time I voiced my concern, the attendant just stared at me and didn’t even respond to my question. This is the fill station closest to my house, but I have started to make the longer trip to the Shell down the street considering the laziness and rudeness of the staff/owner.

This location has been here for years and years, one of the early pioneers when McDermott west of US75 was just a little, lonely two lane. For the most part, the store is always clean and well stocked, including the coffee(nothing worse than stale/burnt coffee, but it’s good here). If there’s a downside, it’s one that many C-stores in the area share: They were built before the city of Allen went«moist»(allowing beer and wine sales, but no liquor), and thus had to be retrofitted to handle beer, which results in a lot less soft drink choices. Still, though, it’s a convenient stop for gas or some sundries, and easy to get back on the road.
