I am so pleased with the service I received at Svs and happy that I am a patient of theirs. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years and they have always been wonderful, on time and helpful with us choosing our frames. Today I scratched my eye on accident with a hair brush and was having a lot of pain and discomfort so I called and they got me in asap. The girls at the desk were friendly as usual and the doctor was professional, knowledgable, and very kind and patient during my exam and answering all my questions. Thank you Svs Allen Park! You have a very happy and loyal customer

Avoid this glasses mill at all costs. The optometrists are unprofessional and out-​and-​out rude. Appointments are routinely ignored and patients are made to wait an inordinate amount of time and if they complain the optometrists and staff respond as if the customer is to blame for expecting professionalism. The doctors, apart from being incapable of keeping appointments are arrogant to the pont of being infuriating. This is a discount glasses mill at premium prices. Go blind before getting glasses here.
