Bawol Accounting and Tax Service

My husband and I have been loyal customers for the past 5 years at this business. Over the past several years the prices have gotten higher and the staff has gotten ruder and ruder. This year toped the charts and as a result we will never do business with this joke of an establishment again. It all started with them pre booking our tax appointment for the middle of January. When I called to reschedule to a later date since we did not have all our tax documents they had no openings and suggested we drop our taxes off and they would do them in between breaks. I dropped my takes off on Monday April 5^th. They called Saturday 10^th to have my husband come in and sign. Which we did and were informed that we should receive our money within 8 days. On the 26^th I called and informed them the refund info was not showing up on the IRS website. I was informed someone would call me back later. I called back 20 minutes before they closed to find out there was a «Glitch» in the system and they had to re-​file that past weekend. I asked why no one called us and they said we were on a long list to be called. I explained to them I was moving that week and was counting on the money to help with those expenses. Susan said that she would talk to Mike the owner and see if we could get a discount for the inconvenience. I then had to call back a week later to find out what the status of my discount was. I was informed I was already receiving a discount so would not get another. I informed them it was incorrect, and to please look into that and call me back. I then called back anther week later and spoke to Susan once again, who’s customer service skills are the worst!!! She was so rude she huffed and puffed when I asked the status of my discount. The reason of which I was so adament about collecting because I have yet to receive my refund. I was told after they re-​filed the second time I should receive it on the 4^th. Today is the 9^th and the IRS website says I should receive it on the 11^th, which by the way they are giving me a refund that is less then what Bawol told me. So they are obviously not that good at what they do if they cannot even file a correct tax return. None the less I digress When I asked Susan why she was giving me attitude she said I have already answered your question about your discount you’re not getting one. At this point I have been lied to, inconvenienced and now have to get talked to in this condecending manner. I asked to speak to Mike and have now left 2 message for him which he has yet to call me. This place is a joke. Last year their was a mysterious «glitch» in their system that resulted in me and my husband having to go back and re-​sign. Every year they get worse and worse. Customer service is the worst. If you value your sanity do not go to this place. Sorry for the lengthy review but I thought everyone should hear the whole story!!! Thank you.
