This was the most painful bikini wax I have ever had, and I wax regularly. I would not wish this experience on anyone!

Go to Suzanne — she takes great care of you and has high standards. I’ve been here for several months and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Her facials are spectacular.

Products are terrific.
Next trip to the OC I will be visiting again.

I can only speak with regard to Suzanne’s waxing abilities, which are nil. I too had purchased a Groupon for several Brazilian waxes. There was very little privacy between the small room that l was in and the small waiting room three steps away divided only by a curtain. I have been waxing for more than two decades and have NEVER experienced the amount of pain I did with Suzanne. She has no clue what she’s doing. The wax was excruciatingly hot, she was hurrying through the process, and I ended up with bruises and a bunch of ingrown hairs that I don’t normally get. I can only contribute it to her pulling incorrectly and not letting the wax set up. I would rather eat the rest of the money that I spent than to EVER go through that torture again.

I found Suzanne after purchasing a groupon and really liked her professional nature and the clean work environment. She offered me a discount to continue with her services and I have been happy ever since. I like that she make sure to book appointments that are spread out so that there is no chance of running into someone else. She allows you to leave your underwear on during the waxing which I like. I will continue to see her.

Though I have moved from the area, I went to Suzanne for around 3 years for her services. She has always been very professional and easy to deal with! She does a really wonderful job at a reasonable price.
The facility is very clean and comfortable. Finding parking is never a problem.
After going to many other places for waxing, I realize what a great job Suzanne does!

I bought a groupon for 3 Brazilians here, used one and will never use the rest! I have gotten waxed for the past few years, eye brows and Brazilian. When I would try to make an appointment, I would have to book a week or two out. I finally got in, and have never experienced such a painful waxing. The wax was so hot it burnt me, and she was extremely rough. I paid $ 60 for 3 Brazilians, but I was so dissatisfied, I only used 1 the other 2 will be wasted. She also has a tab of paper where she writes down the groupon number, what it was used for AND HOW MUCH YOU TIP! I understand she must keep track of that information, but do not do it right infront of the customer. Other people must have been upset with the services also, because she had «NO TIP» written next to some of the services.

After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about coming here…
Suzanne is the owner and skin specialist. She is fast, thorough, and offers her Groupon price for returning customers.
I didn’t have any stray hairs like the other reviewer, and her facility is very clean and cute. She was very polite the whole time and talkative and made the experience very quick.
I would definitely return — especially since this place is so close to my house!

I got a Groupon for $ 25, which is a great deal for a Brazilian.
Pros:
— Very clean, peaceful place.
— Mints, tea, and water are available while you wait.
— I came on time and didn’t have to wait.
Cons:
— Every time I called, I got a voicemail. It was hard to reach her.
— She didn’t do a thorough job of getting all the stray hairs out.
— It was strange to me that she had me keep my underwear on while she waxed.
— She’s not very personable or warm. She’s very task-​oriented and didn’t try to make me feel at home or chitchat with you to get your mind off the pain of the waxing, which is what I’m used to because my regular places are so great about that!
— Location is really far from the freeway.

I loved my wax and I am a repeat customer

It’s a small place, which I like but the waxing service was mediocre. Kind of difficult to get to from any of the non-​toll freeways. She gave me a waxing job that was not completely smooth the first visit. Second visit, she dug so much with a tweezer in one spot that it left a scab. Her talents probably shine more as an aesthetician or something cause her waxing skills are not quite up to par with other places I’ve visited in the OC, LA, and SD.

I had such a great facial ! The spa is very relaxing and cozy. you get a nice warm tea when you get there. very relaxing atmoshere. in a really nice shopping center with plenty of parking. I really like that this spa uses the highest quality products that are free of chemicals. I left feeling refreshed … and best of all my skin is now acne free ! Cant wait till my next.facial.
