What more to say other than I will never go to another drycleaners. I have been going to Jeff and his Mother for going on 15+ years, and there is no end in sight. Thank you guys for being honest, on time and professional.

I have lived in AV for about 10 years now. I have tried multiple cleaners and by far Jeff is the best dry cleaner I’ve been to. He is not the least expensive, but worth every dollar. I pay for good quality clothes and that is the price you pay to have them cleaned right. When I have a special request to rush something, it is never a problem. I’m in there weekly, he values by business and understands there are many dry cleaners in AV. As one of the reviews mentioned, he helps carry my clothes to my car every visit. I always get a Thank you, a friendly smile and sometimes the weather report for the upcoming weekend. :)

I don’t consider myself a picky dry cleaner customer, but I find a lot of bad dry cleaners. This one in particular is amazing. My shirts come out looking amazing everytime. I probably get my shirts a little too dirty, but knowing this, the dry cleaner pre soaks my shirts a little longer. These people are so good that I still use them even though I moved to Mission Viejo.

Jeff, the current owner, took over this place just over a year ago. So every other review before April 2013 should be completely ignored (that gives him all 5 stars. And rightly so).
I’ve been going to Jeff since this place opened (he expanded from a different location, which I have also given 5 stars). He does an amazing job cleaning and pressing my work shirts. I’m super picky when it comes to dry cleaning my shirts because I work in finance. I expect them to be perfect and this place passed all my nit-​picky tests. I tried about 7 different cleaners before finding Jeff.
Not only is the quality of the work unmatched, but Jeff is a very friendly and helpful owner. If my wife picks up my shirts, he will carry them out to the car for her. He’s done rush jobs on my shirts when I need them.
I love supporting local small business. It’s great having a relationship with someone like Jeff and supporting him and the great work he is doing. If you are looking for a dry cleaner, look no further. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer!

We LOVE Pacific Plaza Cleaners. Jeff An is the owner and he is awesome. He also owns Village 1 Hour Cleaners in Laguna Niguel, which has only 5 star reviews on Unilocal – we used to take our clothes there, but this new location is closer for us. I would recommend this business to any friend, family member, or stranger.

Owner is changed. Previous owner was terrible but the new owner is so kind and quality is best.

We have been going to Pacific Plaza Cleaners for 5 years. The service is amazing. As an example, they know who we are by name and when we pull up our clothes are waiting for us. This cleaner is the same price as those in our area but the service makes it the best!

Clothes came out nice but poor customer service and they are way more expensive than other cleaners I have been to. They advertise on their window they accept credit yet when I went to pick up my items they told me I had to come back with cash for the amount of my cleaning and were a little rude when I gave them the coupon I had.

I think 1 star is rather harsh for this place. I called them ahead of time and asked if they could do next day service and they said no problem, so I dropped off my stuff that day.
The next day, I came to pick it up and the lady informed me that it would be a 20% up-​charge. I told her that I was unaware of this charge and she proceeded to lecture me about how there’s no cleaners in the world that would do next day service at no additional charge. But she easily took off the charge this once for me which I appreciated. I think what bothered me most about that was that she made it a point to tell me I was wrong to think that way. I mean, what do I know? I’m pretty sure I’ve been to more cleaners than she has.
Just a side note, they do their cleaning in house, so your clothes stay put. As far as the cleaning goes, my clothes were nicely cleaned and pressed. Tags on the clothes and no writing. A bit pricier than I’m used to, but I guess that’s what happens in Aliso Viejo. Despite how my clothes came out, I just can’t return to this place because of how I felt I was treated. Sorry PP Cleaners… you missed out on a chance to earn a loyal customer.
…and for the record, I was a customer of Professional Cleaners in Walnut for 7 years and they often did next day service for me and sometimes same-​day service at their regular prices. I’m sure others do too. Don’t settle for less people! These guys can do it if they are in-​house.

This cleaners is amazing. They really know what they’re doing. I would bring clothes in with lots of stains on it and they really know to get them all out! The owner is really nice and has good memory! She remembers me just by meeting me once! They are really dedicated to their work. The other good thing is, my clothes doesn’t smell like chemicals!

They give 50% discount for the first time customers only. If you were denied for 50% discount, you must have went there more than once. The owner has very good memory and remembers customers’ by their names and phone numbers. I am very pleased with this cleaner. They are doing excellent job by using organic materials and very punctual. I enjoy talking with the front cashier, she always smiles and calls me by my first name. Don’t believe in the previous review. She was giving wrong information. Truth reveals ^_^

STAY AWAY BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This was my first and last time using this cleaner. When I first dropped of my items, the man behind the counter had no idea how much things would be and called someone to ask. I was quoted one price and promised the coupon I had would be honored since I was a new customer and the coupon was specifically for new customers. When I came and picked up my items today I was informed that the price I was quoted could not be honored AND the coupon could not be used. So basically I was charged DOUBLE what I was quoted! NOT COOL and not a good way to have new customers for repeat business.
