I was referred to this dentist from my son’s orthodontist. I called and tried to make an appointment. I was told by their receptionist that they don’t make back to back appointments for family members. I asked why is this and she said that it is just their office policy. Not going to make an appointment there. I wonder if it is because our orthodontist referred us there.

Took 2 months to get an appoinment, then get a weired call same day to tell me they have to cancel the appointment, no Explanation. Then I was told I will get a call back-​never happend. Worst experience ever

I’m not sure if it’s because I have Dentical or another problem but I was very disappointed with my exam and cleaning.
My cleaning consisted or polishing only. No scaling or flossing or other treatment. 4 xrays were taken but I was not shown the results.
I can not recommend this dentist.
