Ordered online and tracker said being delivered but was not. Then showed pizza has been delivered. Was not. When I called in they said it will be another ten minutes if not call back. Finally arrived MINUS any cheese. Have you ever seen a pizza with no cheese. When I called in they said you ordered with no cheese. I said no I didn’t when asked if I wanted EXTRA cheese as a topping I said no. Asked for manager. Hunter came on line and blamed me and said and I quote he didn’t really care if I was happy or not. Asked for owners name which he only gave me first name and would not give me phone number or email address. Absolutely worst pizza I’ve ever had and absolutely the least qualified person to be a manager I have ever seen. Don’t order from here!

I ordered a pizza on Tuesday at noon. It took about an hour and 10 minutes to get my pizza, even after I received an e-​mail saying it would take 16 – 24 minutes to get my pizza. It took over 30 minutes from the time the pizza left the store to get to my house. I was not given a courtesy phone call to let me know the delay and when I called the store to find out what the issue was, all I got was a sorry, and they didn’t know when I would get my pizza. I will now be going elsewhere to get pizza. Very unacceptable!!!

The other day I ordered pizza at work because I forgot lunch. I had brought my ten year old sister with me as well and she was hungry! I ordered online and the estimated time said 16 – 25 minutes. Almost an hour later our pizza had not arrived though I could see that the delivery driver left 34 minutes prior from 3.4 miles down the road. I called in and they told me that they also had a school delivery on that route so that’s why it was so late. Manager offered me a free pizza for next time but considering two or more are $ 5.99 each it’s not a very good value. By the time the pizza came it was cold and the cheese had hardened like it had been left out an hour. If I’d have known that it would take over an hour for pizza I would have used door dash and got something more nutrituous than that. I specifically got pizza because it’s faster.

Another disappointing dominos experience. It took a long time to get my order and my pizza was really greasy and not very warm. The pizza tracker (which I know you totally can’t go off of, I know there are variables that can make it inaccurate) said that my pizza came out of the oven at 140pm and left the store at 210pm. It arrived at 240pm after I called the store to check on it. The delivery driver was nice and friendly but it doesn’t make up for waiting an hour and ten minutes for a cold pizza. Bummer dominos!

This store is very close to home I have order before always online because is fast and you get rewards and coupons but today Their service was horrible so first I try to order online and the system didn’t work so I call the store place the order and they didn’t gave me the price that I got on my coupon so I cancel the order two minutes later they call and they said they will match the online price so I order 15 min later I go and pick up my order they didn’t match the online price and their credit card machine was not working and I had not enough cash to pay the total so I was about to leave when the guy said he will match the online price because I had only that exact amount and plus I was about to get a free pizza for my past orders and they didn’t offer to do something because the order had to be place online in order to get points wich I tried to do so I guess today everything in this store was not working properly.

It’s dominos;-) You get what you pay for. For the price the pizza is ok. I don’t car for their wings or other addons. They do have reliable service and my son showed me how you can track your pizza being mad which was pretty neat but I don’t use it.

Ordered online with the app. Pizza came pretty quickly however here is where it goes wrong. When the pizza guy arrives I asked for Parmesan cheese and pepper but the guy said they don’t carry packets anymore. I’m like, ok. Then I asked for paper plates or napkins, the answer again was no. Whatever, it is what it is. Here’s where it really falls apart… The pizza was under cooked and had hardly any of the toppings I payed for and ordered! Except pepperoni, there was plenty of that but very little bacon and onions and bell peppers. Under cooked pizza sucks! You can’t fix it nor should have to! Reading the other reviews here I see it’s an on going problem. Fix it or I won’t use this location again which means I must go to some place else since I only get my pizza delivered. Fix it people, the community deserves a good pizza.

Quality is very consistent, I can confirm this because I order and pick up the same thing every time.
There is a good deal from Mon to Thurs lunch time (i am not sure if they have it for dinner too), it is $ 7.99 for a large pizza (2 – 3 toppings depending on the promotion)
Good customer service and wait time is like 10 – 15 mins. There was only one time that the wait was 30 minutes.
We had Domino’s for a kid’s birthday party at Gymboree (next door). we were very happy with everything we ordered!

Stopped by late tonight to get the $ 5.99 deal. This feeds 4 people and for $ 12. it’s a steal! Two toppings on 2 mediums. Also was served by a nice guy who turned out to be the Manager. He asked me if I had experienced great service in the past, which I thought was very professional. Marcelino is his name. Since he took control of the store, things have been alot better. I can tell you that it has been 5 star quality. I won’t get pizzas from anywhere else. They always deliver fast.

I order from Dominies frequently. Despite a delivery fee I give a tip. The last three deliveries did not come with paper plates, utensils or napkins. I order on line. I don’t receive an order confirmation. My Oder was wrong. I called. No apology after 10 minutes. The manager never returned call or texted me. Order from any other company if you are able to do so-​poor service, poor quality and poor prices.

The pizza is really bad. I’m not sure if it’s the company or the location, to be honest. So, if you love this stuff, maybe it’s just normal for you. I’ve had Domino’s throughout my life, but maybe the recipes have changed? I know they have a delivery charge, and won’t give parmesan cheese any more.

I highly recommend Porky’s Pizza instead! — my new favorite… !

I have given this place multiple attempts to improve their pizza. After three orders of disgusting pizza, I will not order again.
The pizza either comes in under cooked, no dough all cheese, lopsided from crappy delivery, or bad topping placement.

FOR DELIVERY: I always make sure to call this dominos because they are always quick and accurate with my orders. The last three times was the same driver (I am pretty sure his name is Dave) is a really nice guy and always delivers my order hot and fresh and with a smile! 5 stars!

Ordered their carryout special, two medium pizzas with two toppings each for 5.99 each pizza. Paid $ 1 extra per pizza to make them pan crust. Delicious pizza for the price. Very fast, our food was ready when they said it would be (they estimated 8 – 13 minutes).
The employees working were so nice and the reason why I took the time to write this review. It was an older gentleman that rang us up, and he was so joyful and pleasant. He personally thanked us for choosing domino’s which you don’t seem to hear often. There are about 50 pizza places in the local area and they took the time to appreciate our business.
We will definitely order from this particular dominos in the future!

We’re Pizza Hut kind of people, but last weekend we chose to stray from our typical boring pizza hut night and chose to mix it up with Domino’s. We used their online ordering feature which was easy and we decided upon their 2 medium 2 topping pizza deal. The site quoted us 15 minutes for our pizzas to be ready. We left at the end of the 15 minute timer, and it took us maybe 5 – 10 minutes to get there, and by the time we arrived our pizzas were still not ready! We had to wait an additional 15 minutes! So in total our actual wait time was closer to 35 – 40 minutes even with their carryout option. When we took our pizzas home the pizzas looked pathetic. Where are the toppings? I had 4 mushrooms, and 5 slices of sausage on the entire pizza! What a waste. Domino’s is a cheaper option compared to Pizza Hut, but for the quality, I’ll be sticking with Pizza Hut.

There must have been a reason that I hadn’t eaten Domino’s for nearly 20 years. My husband was able to persuade me to order from here for Super Bowl.
The pizza was like eating rubber and still tastes as bad as I remember from my college days. The only difference is that they brush the dough with oil and salt. Big deal! Still doesn’t taste good.
The chicken wings were okay but not great.
We ended up ordering from Tony Pepperoni and picked it up at half time.
Will not be ordering from Domino’s (any) again.
