I bought a Groupon voucher for 3 massages. After taking her time to return my call, we settle on an appointment. On Feb 3, The morning of my appointment, she cancels with the excuse that she is sick. Two days later she texts me to reschedule. I reply and do not hear from her again. I try to call her and left multiple messages over multiple days but she never calls back.
Finally on Feb 14, I text her that I’m assuming she is no longer in business and that I will requesting a refund from Groupon. She finally texts me back with the excuse that she just got my texts and messages. Groupon refunded my payment but I’m so steamed at how flaky Crista is that I had to leave a Unilocal review.

Christa is so nice and she is super knowledgeable about how my body is supposed to work. I’m a hairstylist by trade and have horrible knits in my shoulders from years of blow drying many many clients. She is able to give me relief from the tension headaches that would accompany me on a weekly basis. I’m so blessed that I found Body Renewal as I now can finish a busy month without being hobbled by shoulder pain. Christa also have more several stretches to do on my own to keep the knots from coming back with vengeance. Thank you! You are awesome!

Crista/​owner was very accommodating. Great communication. Would recommend & look forward to revisiting her establishment. It is just Crista alone. One massage at a time. No couple messages. But don’t let this scare you off because she makes up for this with asking the right questions. I was relaxed & ready to take on the rest of the day.

Crista was really good & I ended up scheduling an additional appointment because of how pleased I was. I was having issues with my neck so she let me decide if I wanted my whole hour focused toward the neck or not. After the hour was up my neck felt SIGNIFICANTLY better. I also am not sure why she received one star because of scheduling because you can book appointments online. Thank you!!!
