When Jeffo was there, they were a great operation. I called to get their help switching from regular DVR boxes to whole DVR (remote reprograming). They had a gentleman look at my system and said it would be an hour job.
When I called to reschedule, the rude woman
taking my request, informed me it didn’t matter what he said, the job would be at least three hours (costing me somewhere over $ 400.) When I complained that I had been quoted an hour for the job, she said «Call someone else» and hung up.
