It appears that this pharmacy keeps a very low inventory to keep their costs low despite the inconvenience to the customer. I have twice tried to get a script filled and they did not have my medication in stock. I dropped off a script on Monday, and I was told they would have to order it from their wholesaler. I was told it would be in this afternoon. When I went in early this evening I was told in did not come in. Frustrating!
DID YOU KNOWy that CVS pays their pharmacists BONUSES to fill your script with a generic drug even though your prescription plan may not require you to get a generic medication. You need to understand your prescription plan to avoid being taken advantage of by CVS!
