The vet tech that took us into the examining room and weighed our cats was excellent — friendly and gentle. The vet was also excellent. One of our cats is not the friendliest and the vert tech and the vet did not shy from her and seemed to make her as comfortable as possible. This was the best vet visit we have had in several years.

We had a 10:30 apt and they thought it was 10, so when we arrived at 10:15 they said well since your late you may have to wait. My schedule is my priority so the mistake was on them. We waited over an hour and a half to never be seen. I asked what is taking so long and was told an emergency but saw 4 other people come and go. This was made even funnier by the manager very worried about the Wendy’s lunch order for 20 minutes. I guess they don’t need new clients cause that’s what we were. If you have 2 hours to waste with 3 bored kids this is the place for you!
