The donuts are nothing to brag about. Their donuts are short of tasty. The only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24hrs. The people that work there are a total reflection of their donuts.

How can you serve coffee but not allow customers to use the restroom!!! I’m pretty sure nobody speaks English in this joint. It felt like I was walking into Tijuana because it’s dirty and random homeless people hangout in front of the entrance. I went in to get a coffee and of course my 5 yr old managed to leave the house without going to the restroom. Anyway waited like 10 mins for the employee to stop jabbering in Spanish to another customer to ask if she could use the bathroom. Cold ass B flat out refused. Should’ve had my 5 yr old daughter pee her pants so that the employee had to clean it. You need to change your policy Yum Yum, I hope someone’s bowels loosen up from your crap coffee and someone sprays diarrhea all over the place.

It’s like if you french fried a dry cake in three day old fryer grease and then wiped some chocolate paint on it. That was my experience of this chocolate iced donut. Also, the baker had probably the worst people skills I have seen, and I have worked at a discount movie theater in Lancaster.

Can not comment on their quality of donuts because I never had them, due to poor customer service. This is my second time this happens. First time around, I walked in late evening with the intent to buy a box of donuts. The employee was to the rear making/preparing donuts. I was within his view and he never acknowledged or greeted me when I walked in. I stood in front of the counter and waited for him. I gave him a few minutes and I was the only customer in the store. He could have stopped what he was doing and helped me. Or he could’ve had someone else help me if there was a second employee in the store. After some time, I felt the employee being rude since I was standing in front of him waiting for some customer service. He never acknowledged or helped me. After minutes of waiting, I became frustrated and left. Weeks passed, and decided to give this establishment a second try. Again walk in late evening, and the story repeated itself once more. No acknowledgement, no greetings, no help, and no donuts. One thing is for sure there won’t be a third time. I guess it’s nice to see, that some places can provide consistency in good customer service.

WARNING! The employees at this location are disgusting, this heavy set woman behind the counter was making sandwiches with one glove, she came over to charge someone for their food then went back to making sandwiches without washing her hands or changing her one glove, they reuse their dirty gloves. I have had this issue happen at three different yum yum locations. Be observant and watch the employees as they make your food, because we all know how dirty money can be, and putting those germs on your food can really get you sick.

I go here when I’ve got the late night cravings for good donuts. It’s one of the only places in this area that’s open all night. Only thing is when u go at random late hours, they don’t have everything on their menu available. I do recommend trying their spicy bagel morning sandwiches– beware though– it’s super spicy but super delicious!

Cant complain about the donuts here. You want to try and get the donuts that they have alot of because if you see 1 or 2 that probably means its the left overs and its not gonna be as soft and fresh as the more popular ones. I got a blended cap but it wasnt how I remember having it back in the day. The ones I used to get were just iced I believe.

Love this place. They are my go to breakfast spot in the morning. You can call ahead and place an order if you are in a hurry. I always get there toasted egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. They hit the spot and the lovely manager lady who works there always has them ready for me when we get there. She’s always has a pleasant attitude which is a blessing when your still waking up yourself! I’ll be back, as usual.

OK place to grab a quick coffee and some donuts when you’re in a hurry. They did have a special on my friend’d card But it seemed like it was almost the same price with a few dollars off. Not really a big special deal. The other donut shop on Valley in Alhambra by the«do it yoourself car wash» has fresher donuts at a better price. If you’re coming in off of Atlantic Blvd., careful ya don’t get rear ended by all the psycho drivers. And parking is very limited in their lot, because they share it with another business. They’re OK, but I’ve had fresher from other places… where the aroma from donuts will pull your nose in the door

Great deal for a dozen doughnuts! I recently stopped here at night and there was no one else in the shop, except for the sole employee so service was quick. YumYum was actually my second doughnut stop, I tried to support a local mom and pop place but they were closing. Yes YumYum Donuts is a chain, but they’re open 24 hours and no matter what time I stop here the doughnuts seem consistently fresh. I didn’t know what to get so I asked for a variety and just chanced it. Which resulted in a great selection and the lady behind the counter was super sweet and threw in a couple extra gratis! Pro tip: Give a tip, it goes a long way! ;) Also signal ahead of time when coming south on Fremont. The alley you turn down to get to the shared parking lot with Albert’s is a sharp 90 degree turn, which happens immediately after the intersection. You want to warn anyone tailgating you and give them ample time maneuver around you.

We went here late at night, so there was only one other person in the shop. It was nice that there wasn’t a line to wait in. We each got one donut — I got a cinnamon twist and my girlfriend got a chocolate long john. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, while she thought hers was just okay. I’ve definitely had better donuts before, but this hit the spot since I had been craving donuts. The shop did seem a little sketchy at night, so that’s one of my only complaints. I recommend going during the day! Even though they are a 24 hour business.

They never have glazed donuts when I go. My co worker bought us a dozen no glazed because they ran out. Who runs out of glazed donuts?! Boooooo I would rather go to Monterey Donuts, they’re yummy and fresh!

It really beats me why I am laying here writing a review on a donut shop, but my drunken friends ALWAYS go to Albert’s next door. When Albert’s is closed, suddenly they all want donuts. -.- Perhaps this place holds some nostalgic memories for me. I came here for a date once(I know. but now I can think back and just laugh). And he was hungry so he got a croissant that he said was too cold. :(So, perhaps they need to reheat their sandwiches a little longer. Carrot juices are not good here. Don’t be adventurous and decide that it’s the next best thing. Can’t vouch for the donuts because I never had them, surprisingly.

They have a nice variety to choose from but the quality is just okay, even though they are baked fresh everyday. This place is still popular with many people coming in since its located in a busy intersection.

The thing I most vividly recall about this place is the fact that the lady at the counter said this place is open 24|7. However, I don’t think this place has wifi. There’s decent seating in this small donut shop that gets a decent amount of foot traffic. I ordered one of their ice coffees. It was some generic brewed iced coffee, but they put Italian syrup to sweeten the drink which is either Vanilla or Hazelnut. I opted for the Vanilla which was pretty good. Also, I ordered a mini croissant as a little snack for the morning. It was unique in that it had some sugar sprinkled on top of the croissant. When I went to pay for my coffee and croissant, I noticed that they had samples of their bagel sandwiches out in front to try. So, in addition to the mini croissant, I had samples of their bagel sandwiches. I would recommend one of their cold bagel sandwiches, but the hot bagel sandwich sample with the melted cheese did not delight my taste buds.

This place is always dirty… And I really don’t like the Yum Yum chain donuts. The icing is plastic to me. You are way better off going to a mom and pop donut place. However the young man who works here was really helpful and I thought he had a great sense of customer service! Meh I’ve experience WAY better explains it all!

I hate this place and all that it stands for!!! Yummy, diabetic bound, a few 1000 extra calories not to mention sodium ugh! where does it end? Don’t get me wrong this feeling of dissatisfaction is not because of bad service or overpriced items, but because it’s «ALWAYS» Open! Even Bars close at 2:00am but nope this spot is like an old faithful fling; Every time you try to break it off their there just waiting for you to come back and every time you do, you walk away feeling like a dirty little you know what! So I’m guilty as charged for going in here at 3:30 A.M. When I know the donuts are fresh straight out of the oven I’ll be leaving my 24 Hour Fitness Gym to the Yum Yum Donuts connection, pathetic I know… It defeats my whole work out, I am addicted! I think it’s because I know their just being made and I secretly crave the soft, tender, warm, chocolate sensation of peer euphoria with every bite feeling. Not to mention if the cashier ever messes up and doesn’t give me my receipt with my order my donuts & milk are free!!! I’ma be like uh. Huh! give me another Please. If you ever swing by this place I recommend the chocolate bars, jelly donuts or the glazed donuts. I usually take it to go but this place does have about 3 – 4 tables of which I’ve never seen used, weird or maybe its just me, I’m there too early.
