Drinks aRe way too sweet and the taste of a regular boba milk tea tasted so unhealthy. I realized that they were adding too many different ingredients and syrups to the cup as it was being prepared. Perhaps it is just my opinion but I feel that at this particular location, the drinks that even my kids love, were left almost untouched. Let’s get back to the idea of Less is more quickly before it’s too late.

Great place for honey milk tea and pop corn chicken. The store is very nice and cozy.

I come back for the popcorn chicken and the green tea smoothies. Both delicious and reasonably priced.

Delicious popcorn chicken rice and drinks. Ask for spice powder on the side. I love the Mango slush with mango jelly. Chewy buts in every sip.

Wow, did not know they had beef noodle stew here so I decided to be adventurous and take a risk even though they are known for drinks.
The beef was actually good, not tough, had little fat in some parts, and was plentiful. The soup was also good surprisingly tasted legit like Taiwanese broth. The noodles were not so special because it was spaghetti noodles and not Asian at all. Overall still satisfied to know they have decent food and in the one dollar sign category.

Nice place to study or work. They have power slots at most of their seats to charge your laptop or phone.
Food is good, got the popcorn chicken and calamari. Good price and good size.
The only downsize is the drink. I ordered rose green tea and what I got is something that looks like red syrup. Taste? BLEH…

Black tea with no sugar and lychee jelly used to be my Goto vice. But no more. Walked in last night, bought 3, and got home disappointed. They changed their lychee jelly which used to be super soft and sweet! Now it’s some form of hard coconut jelly which is icky

Food and drinks are absolutely not the best out there but their customer service is outstanding. I would come back!

I got the passion fruit green tea, honey green milk tea, fried calamari, and very spicy tofu.
PFGT was really good but kinda sweet (I am not much of a sweet tooth)
HGMT was good just how I like it, not too sweet and satisfied my boba need
The calamari is consistent with other lollicups, if you havent tried it you should. It is crispy and very tasty
The tofu is one of the better ones ive had from boba places and would reccommend that too. Very spicy was a great choice and we got free sauce
The best part was the lady working she was super nice and super attentative

Tried a various drinks here one being the basic milk tea. You can’t go wrong with this drink as it was sweet and not watery. I also got the popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce. The popcorn chicken itself is really good and crispy. Portions are big so do share with a friend. I also got the BBQ sauce to go with it but it didn’t really taste like the BBQ sauce that I am use to. It looked quite watery and just overall weird. Wouldn’t be getting that sauce again but I would get the popcorn chicken. Service is decent, nothing special to note. Overall, its okay.

Nice workers and the drink prices are reasonable. There’s lots of different choices for drinks and food. There’s also free WiFi and you can customize your drinks on the level of sweetness and ice. I always get the brown sugar milk tea with boba and pudding with 70% sweetener.

They actually use tea leaves, not power for their drinks. The boba is always consistent, the taste is not to sweet or chewy. I usually get the milk tea here, it has the right amount of sweetness. The cashier was not really approachable, totally had a (RBF) resting bi*ch face. I mean I do too but I still try to crack a smile here and there.

Really friendly and competent service at this location. Awesome prices for food, awesome food and drinks.

Came here to do my homework, got a large almond milk tea and the popcorn chicken (very spicy) and got free dipping sauce for a little over $ 8. The staff are really nice and friendly. Nice and roomy place to work, I was there from noon til 6 and it can be pretty noisy but I still prefer the atmosphere than working at Starbucks. They play radio music and at a good volume so it helps tone out the other people. Clean restrooms too.
The place uses five-​star rewards so remember to use it at the end, they don’t have the 20% off for checking in on Unilocal anymore I think, I never used it before but I saw other people posting about it on Unilocal so when I asked the lady behind the register about the discount she said she never heard about it. It doesn’t matter to me, the place has decent prices anyways.

I came here earlier today but you guys close. and then I saw at your front door it said you guys close because the health inspectors found vermin inside the store.

Overall an average experience.
When arriving to Lollicup I noticed there was plenty of street parking available, first off so far so good with being accessible. When entering through the front entrance the first thing I noticed was the décor and lighting, both brought a welcoming feel to the place.
The customer service wasn’t the best, little eye contact and no acknowledgement when walking through the door. It kinda felt a bit awkward at first, there was someone in front of me in line however they were talking to the cashier at the counter. I soon caught on that they were friends and wanted to finish up a conversation before taking my order. Already I wasn’t impressed
The drink I ordered didn’t take long to make and tasted a little too sweet for my liking but not bad. There was plenty of choices to choose from, real food along with boba drinks (ie: popcorn chicken, Asian snacks, etc.). The signs displaying the menu were all lit, everything looked up-​to date, clean and current. To my surprise when I was preparing to pay with my debit card the lady behind the counter stopped me and said «oh we don’t accept credit cards, only cash.» Wait a minute… you have flashing signs, lit menus on the wall and personalized cups but you only accept cash? Hmmm… Something’s wrong with this picture.
Looking back on the whole visit nothing was terrible or inexcusable, I’ve just experienced better

Okay… So went in and was trying to use the coupon I bought as a packet before, and I was denied. They said that they changed the owner and told me redeem it in diamond bar! Wth? No too long ago, they were offering the same packet! This is ridiculous and a rip off thing! I’m so glad I didn’t purchase another packet! Ridiculous ownership and a freaking shady business!

This lovely cup of heaven was only $ 2.25 and was topped with pineapple & mango mochi balls.
So wonderfully cold that brain freeze happened within minutes. Juicy, tangy. Forget froyo & shaved snow! Get some of this!

The new renovated Lollicup Fresh is the same but with a cuter interior. Their drinks are still really yummy, and they have cheap meals like curry chicken rice and popcorn chicken snack bags. They also allow you to choose your sugar level for your drinks which is awesome! I always ask for 50% sugar because they usually make the drinks here too sweet. So the 50% is just perfect for me.
The new bar style settings are perfect for those who want to do work here. They have outlets at every seat! Super convent!!! The new lighting is good on the eyes as well, it’s way brighter now. I don’t know about you, but off yellow lighting makes me feel sleepy and tired.
Parking is convent. There’s two story for their parking lot.
