I haven’t been here in a while, but it was the only place I could think of nearby that had crepes when we had a crêpe craving. Unless you know where the actual store is located in the plaza, it’s a little confusing to find after you park. There’s a door in the corner that leads down a hallway of the place, but when you finally find the menu and cashier, it’s worth it! Prices aren’t too bad, and I noticed new items on their menu. A seasonal watermelon juice, funnel cakes, takoyaki. I asked if there was any takoyaki left, but since they were gonna close soon, they didn’t have any left. Their menu is composed of parts — a base, ice cream, toppings, etc where you can build your own customized crêpe; and there’s also a section where there are crepes already made(toppings already planned out.) We opted for sweet crepes and a savory crêpe. I was wondering about having the crepes crispy, but the cashier said it’d actually be crunchy, but he was nice enough to put down«slightly crispy» and it turned out perfect. The batter wasn’t too eggy and it was fried perfectly — slightly crispy and pillowy soft. I wanted strawberry ice cream, but they ran out(understanding, as we were there about half an hour before closing.) I ended up with just condensed milk and strawberries. Simple. The strawberries weren’t too sour, and they put just enough condensed milk to make it sweet and not too sticky. Overall, really yummy. My friend got one with custard and condensed milk. I was confued about what they meant by «custard» but it turns out it’s more like a runny pudding. I couldn’t really taste the pudding over the condensed milk in that one. She also got a ham and cheese crêpe without lettuce, corn, and tomatoes. Basically, just a basic ham and cheese. It was just okay, not that great. I enjoyed the sweet crepes much more. Overall, surprisingly delicious, highly customizable, and pretty cheap. I’ll definitely come back again when I have a dessert craving!

Never had a problem here until today… common error I guess… crepes are good but today they messed up my order and wanted to charge me for their mistakes… plus I ordered a cappuccino and it was mostly foam

Thier funnel cakes are delish! Crispy on the outside yet soft in the middle. I opted out of the whipped cream and had sesame ice cream with mine. They don’t advertise on thier menu of ice cream options but they do have sesame and red bean as an option.

DELICIOUSFUNNELCAKES!!! By far the best funnel cake I have ever had. Taste way better than the ones made at a fair or carnival. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Crêpe Luv should definitely re-name their establishment. Although they are known to serve crepes, their crepes are pretty average. Nothing is really that special about them… But the funnel cake… The funnel cake is a must order!!! The funnel cake is crisp, airy, and served piping hot. What makes the funnel cake even better is the huge scoop of ice cream and toppings you can add on top! This funnel cake is wayyy better than any funnel cake served at a carnival or fair. It’s definitely the only thing worth ordering here for dessert.

Hello my Unilocalies, YES!!! A DESSERTPLACE! I’ve always drive by this place everyday after the gym, I personally love crêpe and I couldn’t not try it anymore. Parking is very convenient since it is located right inside a plaza next to yogurt land, so don’t need to worry having a hard time finding parking spaces. You come to a crêpe place you have to order crêpe right? So I decided to go the simple route. I got the crêpe with nutella, vanilla ice cream and drizzle of condense milk, yes no fruits because I was pretty full from my dinner already. The service was great, the waitress was very patient with me since I was debating on what I should get because it was my first time here. They have many choices, you can either get regular crêpe or crispy kind, they also have many kind of fruits, ice cream and syrup. You can also order the ones with meat and veggies, I’ve never tried crêpe that’s not sweet so I can’t really give an review of that but I probably will come back one day just to try their salted menu. They definitely have a great amount of variety to choose from, each item have different price so definitely choose wisely :) I love how you can see them make the crêpe right in front of you so you know what exactly they put on. They were very fast with their service, we got our order within 3 – 5 minutes. I’ve got to say for $ 5.95 it was very delicious, the ice cream was ENORMOUS, the crêpe has the perfect texture. My boyfriend and I were both very satisfied with what we order, even though deep down we felt a little guilty but hey… it’s the holiday season so why not give ourself a treat! I definitely suggest this place for people who lives in Alhambra and Monterey Park area, since they aren’t many crêpe places around this area and this place is pretty decent for their price. Overall, 5 stars for service, 4 stars for food/drinks, 5 stars for environment and decoration(They have very adorable cherry blossom decoration around the front of the restaurant. very very cute) and 5 stars for cleanliness. Will come back again because of how much I love crêpe.

Just went here yesterday and I ordered a funnel cake with bananas and strawberries with vanilla ice-cream! I also ordered a side of milk. The funnel was very delicious although they didn’t put much fruit. The place seem well maintained. It is a bit small. I believe they have three colorful tables in the front room and more seating on the side narrow room. It is cash only. Workers seemed nice but wouldn’t go out of their way to be friendly. There are two ways to enter. Front or back. This stood out to me because it was 11:30 at night-super cold-and I walked all the way to the front freezing my behind off not knowing there was a back entrance. Will definitely be returning to try one of there crepes!

I don’t really have much to say about this place, but their crêpe was really nice. I came here as a pick me up after getting money from the ATM because of another place’s broken credit card machine. This place is CASH only, which is disappointing since I prefer using my card. Since it’s becoming winter here in California, I imagine this place isn’t getting much customers. I came in anyway, since it’s good to give some business to these things. I wasn’t disappointed! The crêpe was nicely done in front of me, and it was also delicious. It’s better if you eat it right away, since ice cream is temperamental in the weather. I got it out in a box since I had to drive back to work.

Just tried this place yesterday and I already want to go back. This place is going to be dangerous for me… I can tell. This is what I ordered(to go): 1. Original Crêpe with custard, bananas, and strawberries 2. Original Crêpe with whip cream, strawberries, and chocolate syrup 3. Original Crêpe with custard, strawberries, and almonds The grand total came out to $ 17.00. Now, I’m not a crêpe aficionado, so I wouldn’t be able to tell you if this was cheap, reasonable, or hella expensive. All I can say is that it was tasty and will be back. Minus 1 star for being a Cash Only establishment. In hindsight that’s probably a good thing for my waistline. I rarely carry cash and since I’m lazy as hell to run to the ATM, it deters me from going.

SOMUCHBETTERTHANHARAJUKUCREPE You get so much more filling for the price! This is my favorite crêpe place ever. I’m not a fan of French crepes where there’s just a flat warm crêpe with jam. This is a Japanese style crêpe. It’s amazing. Like amazing amazing. Closest thing that I could find to the crepes I had in Japan. My favorite combo, is whip cream, strawberry, banana, and custard!

Someone please explain to me why it’s .50 cents more to get it extra crispy? If I wanted extra product, or my request required a master chef with training from Paris, France, then I could possibly understand adding a fee. But extra crispy!!! It requires an additional minute… maybe two, on the pan. Furthermore, the prices are higher than I’d like to see for what is essentially a thin pancake. I like the build your own crêpe, but then I see how I get nickel and dimed for every little thing I might want on the crêpe. Powdered sugar — 50cents, Chocolate Syrup — 50cents … I mean, how upset would you be if you went into a restaurant and ordered french toast for $ 6 and then get the bill saying they’ve charged you $ 1 for the syrup and powdered sugar. Overall, not the best crêpe I’ve had, and certainly not good enough for the price they’re asking, and add to that some really stupid pricing elements in their menu and you’ll find me looking elsewhere to satisfy my sweet-tooth.

Crepes are delicious! These are the only style of crepes that I will eat. Fast service; love the«create your own» menu. Not too crazy about the small space but the taste makes up for it. CASHONLY so don’t forget it!

Love the original crêpe cone… got the chocolate ice cream with nutella+almond bits. Hubby got vanilla ice cream with mango fruit chunks+nutella+almond bits. The ice cream and the crêpe texture were both sooooo good. Service is nice and helpful too.

Crêpe Luv is located on the always busy Valley Blvd in Alhambra and makes for a good place to hang out with its relaxed atmosphere and fairly ate opening hours. Crêpe Luv serves(yup you guessed it!) crepes but if you are not familiar with Japanese crepes then be aware than it is crispier than the softer crepes the French are known for. I can’t say this place makes their crepes any differently from most places that serve Japanese styled crepes I’ve had although I do find their crepes to be a bit dry and also a bit heavy. However, I do have to say this place delivers when it comes to portions — whether you’re getting a coffee, crêpe, or just a cup of ice cream, you’re going to get a lot of it for what you pay. Please remember to park in the back of the building as the parking lot is pretty hidden from view on busy Valley Blvd. and that this place can get pretty busy during weekend nights.

I started coming here weekly for desserts. The serve Crepes, Funnel Cakes, and snacks. It’s small places with seating for about 20 people? So it’s not a good place is you have a large party and want to lounge around. If you’re coming with w small party it’s perfect. Sadly I came a few times and they ran out of Funnel Cakes, but the crepes are amazing too. If you can I would definitely recommend getting the Funnel Cake. It’s so affordable $ 5.75 and it comes with 2 toppings and Ice cream. Plus whip cream chocolate drizzle and powdered sugar. That’s such a steal! So when they do run out that sucks for you. I recently tried their snack the chicken wings are flavorful, and it’s 6 wings for $ 5.50 which isn’t outrageously pricey, but it’s not cheap either. The service here is great. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I noticed they did make a mistake on our order once, when they forgot to make our Takoyaki Balls. It was because once of the workers was new and it was her first day so it’s understandable. I would definitely recommend coming here and try out their dessert and snacks. My favorite place

This place a really small, but they have great crepes! However, it is a little pricey… I don’t come here often, but when I crave crepes this is the place I want to go! Most crepes are made flat, but I like how this place makes it like a cone and stuffs the inside! Customer service could be better. But I like it here because it’s the closest crêpe place near me that serves crepes in this style.

Crêpe Luv lol. It’s a lame name but their crepes are bomb! We need more crêpe places around here. Genki Living in Arcadia closed down(a long time ago but still)… :( Get your crêpe EXTRACRISPY! It just cooks on the crêpe flat top cooker thingie for a bit longer, but it’s just so much better. Flippity floppy crepes are ok, but the crispy ones remind me of a… waffle ice cream cone? lol it’s still got a good chew to it though, it’s not just crispy. Basically you can create your own(sweet) crêpe so it’s really all up to you. Personally I like nutella, strawberries, maybe some bananas, and ice cream! It depends how I feel on the day lol. But if you wanna get creative, this is the time. They also have savory crepes and some other stuff on their menu, but I’ve never tried those. so I wouldn’t know. But I do LOVE savory crepes so maybe I come back for that next time :)

Still don’t allow to go orders when you call in, still do not have dollar skin crêpe days, and now they want to charge you if you request for the crêpe to be «crispy»… It costs them a tenth of a cent to leave it on the burner a few seconds longer. But they want to charge you for it :( If they bring back $ 1 crêpe skin Tuesdays, you know I’ll be there! But until then, it’s just way too expensive for the price. There are so many other dessert places around.

This was an OK crêpe place. My favorite one, Genki Living, closed down and this was a substitute. However, it seems like this location has new management or owners as the new store is called Crêpe Love. I added a photo of the new Crêpe Love storefront(see pic).
