Hawaiian food stuffed in a crêpe? Who would have thunk?! Love getting their unique crepes at the various farmer markets in the SGV. Their kalua pork crêpe is amazing: super tender and flavorful. As for as I know, this is the only place you can get a crêpe like it anywhere in the world. The guys are so nice, so don’t be afraid to ask to modify your crêpe: they’ll happily accomodate your taste. I sometimes get my kalua pork with spring mix in substitute of lomi veggie. The batter they use is also made from scratch. I think it’s one of their secrets for why their crepes taste so good because it’s some of the best tasting crêpe skins I’ve ever had. Definitely try these guys out if you get the chance.

Ono Island Crepes is as good and creative as it gets! We had them cater a joint birthday party for our family back in May, and every. single. guest LOVED their delicious crepes! The guests could choose from the following delicious crepes: — Korean BBQ — Spam Musubi — Ultimate Dessert with Green Tea Ice Cream and Pineapple Coconut The staff came early to set up, and they were extremely friendly and professional. It was hot, hot, hot that day, but they were efficient and super helpful. I’m so thankful we hired these guys to cater for us. Thanks Ono Island Crepes for everything! You guys are amazing!

I’d been begging these guys to bring the Korean BBQ crêpe that is on their catering and festival menu to the Westchester Farmer’s Market and today was my lucky day! Simply amazing… delicious bulgogi beef with fresh lettuce, cucumber and kimchi… so much lighter and healthier than getting those ingredients in a taco, slider or burritto. For dessert… a seasonal special pumpkin pie crêpe… made with TJ’s pumpkin butter… perfection!

I was craving dessert crepes for breakfast and happened to walk by Ono Island Crepes while I was at Farmer’s Market in Alhambra. The peanut butter and guava crêpe is a unique Hawaiian twist to an old classic. It’s good, but not fulfilling. At $ 6 a crêpe, I was hoping that it was super stuffed with fruits. Oh well. Maybe you get your money’s worth with the savory crepes. Next time. maybe.

I won’t lie. These guys are a major part of the reason I visited the 626 Asian Night Market twice. These are seriously the BEST crepes I’ve ever had. What to try: All of their crepes are delicious. But the one I can’t stop ordering is the Ultimate Dessert Crêpe. Stuffed with Nutella/Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Bananas, Vanilla Ice Cream & even Corn Flakes, this sweet-but-not-too-sweet explosion in your mouth lives up to its name. I would have posted a picture of the deliciousness that is the Ultimate Dessert Crêpe, but it disappeared before I could reach for my phone. It’s just that good. They also have a great selection of savory crepes, which I hear are bomb, but sadly I’ve yet to try because, well you know: Ultimate Dessert Crêpe. The vendors are always super nice, too, which puts the metaphorical cherry on top of this crêpe sundae. You can find them at some farmers markets in LA, Alhambra, & Monterey Park 2 or 3 times during the week, and also at certain events. So, I suggest signing up for their newsletter/‘Liking’ them on Facebook, pronto, as they might be coming to a food stand near you. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this.

I was definitely not disappointed by my fellow Unilocalers on This one! Delicious crepes that were softer and more scrumptious and mouth watering than the one I had in Paris! The two guys were really great too Helping me find the place and easy to talk to. Will be making my wknds regularly inclusive of a farmers market trip now ^^

Man do I love running into these guys. I’ve found them at farmers markets and other events like a few times. They remember me every time! The staff are just awesome and friendly. And the crepes… oh lord the crepes… I’ve never had such good ones in my entire life. They have some conventional desert crepes which are amazing, and they also have a bunch of crazier crepes that I really need to try. I love these guys.

I’ve visited these guys at both the Monterey Park and Alhambra Farmers markets several times and they’re just awesome! They specialize in Hawaiian fusion crepes and have unique selections of both savory and sweet. Their kalua pork has tender shreds of pork with avocado, cabbage and salsa. It’s definitely a must try, I don’t know anywhere you can get kalua shoved in a crêpe. They’ve also got a bomb diggity chicken teriyaki crêpe. The chicken is peppery and flavorful, definitely one of my faves. On the sweeter side of things, they have premade combinations, or you can make your own crêpe with their various ingredients. They’ve got some pretty unique ones besides your run of the mill nutella, and options include guava jam and haupia(Hawaiian coconut«pudding» it’s almost like a coconut tasting cross between almond jello and fudge. YUM). The sweet crepes can be topped with cornflakes, which make for a nice light crunch to compliment the fresh fruit and homemade pineapple whipped cream. Where else would you be able to get fresh pineapple flavored whipped cream? NOM! They’re up and comers with a unique take on crepes(and did I mention, the crepes are shoved in a cone, so they’re portable too!) so please go and support these guys and help them spread the crêpe love. Their food is awesome, and they’re super cool guys as well. PS: Rumor has it that they’ll be at the August 3 – 4, 2013 Night Market. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed! ^_^)b

I never actually cared for crepes, but I have to say this place does make some amazingly tasty stuff! They’re savory selections are what brings me back every time — pork, chicken, whichever, you can’t go wrong. The people working their are super helpful, friendly, funny and make crepes fun to eat! Bön Appetit!

I loved the Kalua Pork Crêpe. I made my own Dessert Crêpe, you pick four choices. I chose pineapple, bananas, coconut and whipped cream. Both very tasty and filling. I will be going back for more.

I love crepes. My sister and I grew up making them from scratch as after-school snacks(one of the many slightly abnormal elements of our childhood). I also love Hawaii, it being the only place where I’ve felt demographically normal as a mixed person. So, you can imagine how happy I am that Tim and Chris have managed to combine two of my favorite things. Really it’s more than that, because I’m also pretty obsessed with nutella, haupia, and pork – the menu has crepes with all of those. I’ve had the kalua pork crêpe and nutella/strawberry/banana dessert crêpe so far – so good! Can’t wait to try the others.

When I first tried the crepes it was love at first taste! I am not a big fan of spam but their spam teriyaki crêpe has an amazing flavor that isn’t too salty! I will definitely visit them again at the Monterey Farmer’s Market!

You want delish, sweet, savory, and unique? Then you want to try this out. I’ve had both their savory crepes(kahlua pork?) and their sweet ultimate crêpe(green tea ice cream!), and it was the bees knees. The pork one almost always run out, so you might want to get there sooner to try it out. The secret may be the corn flakes. or maybe it’s because these guys make everything fresh. I don’t know what it is, but I keep going back for more. Their regular sizes are way too much for me to eat, so I’m stoked they started doing kid-sizes. So, if you’re hungry, go for the original size. If you want to grab a quick bite, go kiddie size. Highly recommended!
