The managers here should not be managers. They seem to never work, even when the place is busy as all hell and leave one to two workers to do basically everything, causing longer than needed service. Not to mention the amount of sauce the cooks put on their burgers is pitiful.

Food: 2⁄5 stars I was a fan of BK up to the 90s but sadly they have let it gone downhill in taste. The taste of hot flame broiled burger has no competition. But that alone cannot save a cold and limp burgers. And that’s exactly what we have here. A lifeless burger made with minimum care. The burger was more soggy than juicy. Atmosphere: 2⁄5 stars Run down, broken soda machine that smelled like the sewer, drabby overall feel. Many clients are transients and tough looking. Service: 3⁄5 stars Nothing to complain. It was fast enough service but no one was in line before me. Expense: 3⁄5 stars Almost $ 8 for a Whopper Cheese combo. Not a bad deal but considered the low satisfaction level it was not a good deal either. Return: 2⁄5 stars I’d not say never but It has been years since I’ve been to a BK and it’ll be a few more years before u consider coming back. Overall: Average 2.25 stars. I’d consider the overall consensus of 2 stars on target.

Manager busy talking to his friend in the drive through so I’m sitting here waiting for my medium fries. It also took him five minutes to take my order at the speakerphone because he was busy talking to his friend. See them trading cell phones and gossiping. Showing his friend cell phone pics of his girlfriend. Adrian is the workers name. I also made a complaint on their website. Total waiting time for large fries: 20 minutes. Never again.

This Burger King is HORRIBLE. It has long had a reputation for SLOW service, wrong orders, old tasting food, and a dirty lobby. I was here about 6 months ago with the same experience and thought I would give it one last try today for breakfast at 10:00 this morning. The only thing that has changed is the service has gotten WORSE. It took 45MINUTES for me to get my order of a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. They are very understaffed(one person in the kitchen, one in the drive thru, one at the front counter, and one manager. The drive thru was very backed up also. People were getting out of their cars and coming inside to complain and those that already went thru the drive thru came back in with their food saying they got the wrong order. On top of that, I observed a person come in and yell across the front counter to the one kitchen person. She came out with plastic gloves on and took her personal keys that this guy dropped off to her. She held the keys with her gloves on, put the keys into her pocket with the gloves on and proceeded to handle food. They have 2 drink stations. One of them has a nonworking ice machine that has been that way for over 6 months along with a few drink dispensers that don’t work. They have paper receipts taped over them saying out of order… again it has been that way for at least 6 months. The other drink station’s ice dispenser wasn’t working today either. They were giving customers their cup and once the customer realized the both ice dispensers didn’t work, they would go to the counter to tell them, but the employee would instead take their cup and fill it with ice from the drive thru. The trash bins are right near the front counter and had lots of dirty trays with the trash bins smelling bad. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. Most of what is wrong at this location has little to do with the employees and more with the franchisee I assume. This location really needs to close down for good. I know I won’t be returning.

Takes 15 minutes to get a meal. It’s gotten worse over the past year. Now, it’s ALWAYS a 15-minute wait. Most short-order cooks can make a meal from scratch in less time. They don’t have any food ready to go during lunch rush. Seems like they drop fries for each order. This is not«fast» food.

lol, lol, had to laugh when I read all the reviews… guess people would rather have food that’s been sitting there forever than having to wait a few minutes to get fresh food. I love this Burger King… must have a Whopper and some of their delicious deserts once in awhile. If you have a coupon or two-for-one deal… dam, good prices. Anyway…would luv to give a BIG shoutout to their staff! They have the niiiiiicccessst people working here… and always have thru the years! I guess the bottom line is… if you can’t wait a few minutes go to Macs.

I hit the drive-thru here 30 min before closing time on a Monday. Got a Whopper meal. The guy said it’d be a few minutes as they had to make it all fresh. Which, as I hope you know, is the only way to eat crap like Burger King, piping hot. Let it cool for 2 minutes and it’s gross. I chose five stars for what it cheap, fast, and edible… They did that right.

This burger king business is alright. We came in the drive-thru lane, good to know there wasn’t a line to wait. The lady, Jennifer was friendly and attentive taking down the order. We pull up to pay at the window and to get our food which took awhile but we got it, eventually. A little disappointment that it had to take awhile since it was a slow hour for the business.

I saw all the bad review and thought, aww come on it can’t be that bad. I drove through the drive through at about 5:40am a Tuesday morning. Figured I’d grab some food while I’m on lunch, I head bk’s commercials about 10piece chicken nuggets for only $ 2 so I’d buy a couple orders. I sat at the sign ready to order for 10 minutes. Finally I thought I’d roll up to the window, maybe the microphone was broken or something of that sort right? I drive up to the window and I see a worker just walk by(looks straight at me) and keeps fiddling with whatever she holding in her hands. Doesn’t pick up the headset, doesn’t walk to the window, doesn’t tell for someone to come help me. I finally left. Never going back. It’s called«fast food» for a reason.

I will not return to this restaurant again! I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap with very little ranch. I waited at the window for about 15 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all maybe one person ordering. I noticed a bag of food on the counter, the guy who took my order was walking around, another lady saw me peeking inside and looked at the bag. uh huh! my food. I get home open the wrap and the chicken is swimming in ranch. YUCK!

There were about 3 people there. this is a small place. my rating is realy based on their food. we also ordered their fries and bacon double cheese burger. my wife thought they gaVE USTHEWRONGBURGER B? Unprofessional, slow, definitely not walking in here again. I literally been here for 10 min +no one infront waiting to just place an order. It seems I’m the minority here because I actually like this Burger King. I have been here so many times over the years I think I lost count. They recently renovate their display menu and now it’s very cool looking. The staff here are bilingual with Spanish and always super friendly to the customers. They are also never stingy with the sauces since they give out as much as you need and more. Their chicken sandwich seems to be the cheapest(only $ 2.5). I would recommend looking out for the coupon books in the mail since they usually have a buy one get one free which is a very good deal.
