I came across the Arby’s Meat Mountain. Had to Try. Gotta Admit. It Was Awesome. Not as Big as You Might Think. Worth a Try. Probably will never go back to the Regular Menu. I’m Hooked.

Finally found an Arby’s that’s still open all other Arby’s around the area are permanently closed. The food was great! But the service could have been better we just left right now and they just seemed to not notice we were there i mean it was us and 2 other tables and they were so loud and careles. I think it looked very unprofessional for them to be just laughing and horsing around and not to mention we walked out being the last customers and they didn’t even say thank you or have a good night they were all into their conversation. Very poor customer service

Came here earlier today to order some french dips. Well the food was bomb and so was the customer service. I was welcomed by one of the employees. He kindly took my order and explained all the ingrediaents in each sandwhich. I think his name is Sergio if i remember. But i will forsure be returning to this Arbys location. Somebody give that guy a god damn raise!

My favorite fast food restaurant in SGV. This Arby’s has excellent service and friendly staff. The location is very convenient(for me) and the restaurant is always clean. The sandwiches are always delicious and you can never go wrong with the curly fries from Arby’s. Whoever is managing this place is doing an excellent job. Will repeat of course.

One of the staples of my childhood, and now they are few and far between I my area. I used to have 4 that I could go to.2 by work, and 2 by home. Now the closest is 15 miles away. Which is a huge deal for me. I have only visited the drive thru, so I can’t comment on the inside of the restaurant. The food however, is fantastic. he menu has expanded quite a bit from the days of the Big Montana. I usually get a large Roast beef and a slider or two. The cashiers have always completed my order accurately and quickly. It’s almost worth moving to Alhambra, just for this.

Pretty decent food, friendly service. Just feel like they waste a lot by giving me 30 packets of ketchup for 2 orders of fries.

The employees there kept using the broom to «clean» the benches after sweeping the floor. I’m sure no one does that on the sofa at their homes.

What can I say about this place? Been coming here ever since I grew up in the 90’s. I still remembered the old structure of this particular Arby’s before moveing to a new structure as I recall during the mid 90’s. So I went here today because I was craving french dip with aljo sauce for a while. I have to say their french dip is the bomb. A big shout out to one of the managers at this location marvin for being patient with me while I was ordering and takeing my time. I will definately be back just for marvin and his great patient as well as great service. PS Besides marvin. Everyone that is a employee at this particular Arby’s has provided great service in the previous visits that I have been here. A big shout out to all of you.

I bought my dinner at this Arby’s in Alhambra, CA on 9÷8÷2015. I’ve been there many times before. Like many times before, I used their drive thru. They had a two classic roast beef for $ 5.00 deal. A 30 oz. Jamoca shake cost $ 3.19. Maria did a great job with the order. Plus, I took photos.

After driving to the Valley to take care of some things, stopped at this Arby’s with my daughter for lunch. We were greeted when we walked in. We were waited on by a nice young man named Mark. She and I both ordered the roast beef and cheddar combo with a orange shake and chocolate shake. When our food was ready, Mark brought it to our table. I don’t eat at Arby’s often but I will never forget the great service!

Oh, the things I will go through for curly fries. Hey Arby’s, thanks for making delicious curly fries. If you can just serve them quicker that’d be great. I typically walk into the restaurant to order some curly fries and leave. This usually only takes a few moments so I thought it would be the same if I used the drive-thru. Wrong. I’ve used the drive-thru twice now because it has been very hot outside and I don’t like to leave the comfort of AC in my car(I know, first world problems). Both times, 1 – 2 cars were in front of me and I thought that it would only take a little longer to receive my food. Small inconvenience for temperature comfort. However, I was able to park my car and browse several pages of reddit, scroll through my Facebook newsfeed, and return some text messages before making it to the pay/pick-up window. The bags of food I saw coming out of the window for the cars in front of me looked small so I didn’t understand why it took so long. When I looked in the rear-view mirror I saw that the people in the cars behind me also looked antsy and confused as to why it was taking so long. Please be more efficient in the kitchen! 4 stars for curly fries but minus 1 star for super slow service. I will always be a fan of Arby’s curly fries but I will think twice before deciding to use the drive-thru again.

Okay, okay … I know I can be a bit long winded when it comes to reviews but this one I will try to be short but sweet for a change. Wait, I’m always sweet, so the only difference is with this one is I will try to be short. Arby’s has been in this location since I was in Alhambra High School in the early ‘80s and probably before that. I know what you are thinking, the building looks pretty up to date and can it really be from the early ‘80s or ‘70s? No, not really but prior to this building there was the old building and you parked on a slope and had to walk up to the entrance of the building. Now it’s all flat. Do you all remember that? Okay, formalities and history aside, I love Arby’s. Admittedly I don’t go all the time. I make it about 2 times a month. It’s a good change from your typical burger or taco chain. The food is good and the service is good. I’ve always had good service. Never had a bad experience there. Arby’s changes up the menu all the time. They have a core of standard items but also had new items they try to change and see how it goes. New and standard items are good. I love around St. Patrick’s Day they have the mint shake. It’s like the Shamrock Shake from McDonald’s but they stress they use Andes Candies some how to make it. It’s really good, you should try it next year. Wish they had it every day of the year but if they did that it wouldn’t be so special would it? So it’s kinda good they reserve it for once a year for about a month or two. If you like the service, ring the bell. Yeah at the front door for those of you who got good service and appreciate it. Pretty clever of Arby’s to do that for good morale. I actually ring it just about every time I go there. Even if I get good service sometimes I don’t ring but but most times I do.

If you need a comfort food fix for down and dirty Roast beef sandwiches this is still the place to go to be in and out in 5m tops(that is ordering and eating) as there is never anyone really there. Can’t beat a Roast Beef sandwich. Just gonna say skip the mozzarella sticks cause they are downright nasty.

This place is the best. The food is great, the workers are great, and the music is great. I love Arbys roast beef. It’s classic, it’s delicious, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I recently tried their Angus Philly and Steakhouse Brisket, which honestly I’m not all that into. Not bad, but it’s a shame to go to arbys and not get roast beef, it’s just too good. The employees here are always super nice. They let me know I could get two sandwiches instead of one for pretty much the same price, due to a promotion! They always seem to be in a good mood and are super helpful and friendly. The music is great too. Some radio station that’s always playing something I like. Definitely will come back again, as we have several times. Wish there were more arbys around.

Was in the area getting an eye exam and decided to come to Arby’s because I haven’t had it in a while. This location was great. They were playing KLos in the background and it was super clean. The lady at the cash register was nice too, felt like she was giving me all the time in the world to order. I looked at the menu and asked if she likes the chicken sandwich she said it’s good and she orders it often. So i decided to get it, she even let me know it will take an extra five minutes because they cook it fresh. I did not mind the wait and appreciated that she asked if the wait time was okay. Sat down and drank some of my soda. The chicken sandwich was awesome and the curly fries are always great. The curly fries are a must have at Arby’s. Plus they leave the condiments on the counter allowing costumers to get as much as they want. I drenched my fries in ketchup :) Great place

It’s been a while that my wife and I have been to Arby ‘s. We use to go the one in Downey but now it’s a Dunkin donuts but now we’re go to The Arby’s in Alhambra. Today my wife and I were watching the original Hairspray from the 80’s that was the best decade. Then the commercial for an unknown restaurant came on advertising the bbq brisket on King’s Hawaiian bun that made our mouths very watery. We told each other let’s go get one and the commercial says, at Arby’s. Then we got into the car drove to Alhambra were the Arby’s is at. When at Arby’s they sign and display their new the King’s Hawaiian BBQ Brisket I told my wife I want one then she wana one also. We order two of the King’s Hawaiian BBQ Brisket combo for dine in then we waited for our order. I got our order it comes with curly fries I open the container the sandwich looks avenge from the display it didn’t bother but I was wondering how does it taste that’s is most the important thing. My wife and I took a bite great flavor and taste, the brisket wasn’t dry it was cook perfectly like bbq brisket should be. Bbq was sweet and tangy it didn’t over power. The one I was surprise was the sweet pickles I don’t sweet pickles but some how I enjoy it. The sweet pickles didn’t make sandwich sweet it balances out perfectly making a great sandwich that my wife and I enjoy. Overall the King’s Hawaiian BBQ Brisket is really good in my books. The King’s Hawaiian Bun amazing good all bbq should have King’s Hawaiian bread it’s so delicious.

I love Arby’s but not this particular location. We’ve been here a few times the last couple months and the same thing happens, the food is not up to par. We got two regular Roast Beef and cheese and the portion of roast beef is tiny, on one side of the bun(not evenly distributed), and smashed! It is so sad! My faves used to be the Arby’s Melt, but it is a very small size too. For the price you have to pay, you would expect at least double the meat. The cheese also tastes old sometimes, almost sour. Gross! We got some chicken tenders, because I remember Arby’s had THEBEST chicken tenders dipped in the honey mustard sauce. BUT, times have changed for the worst. The chicken was so over fried, it was dark brown and tiny! The tenders used to be at least double the size of what it currently is. Also, the honey mustard recipe has changed, its not longer creamy, but has a oily substance to it. YUCK! So disappointed! The saving grace for Arby’s is the Jamoca shake. MMMM I love the coffee flavored shake! It is so delish! That’s the only thing I go to Arby’s for anymore, well, plus their seasoned curly fries are also very delish! Dip it in the Arby’s Sauce(BBQ), it is a perfect snack. Arby’s is a fast food spot with roast beef as their main sandwich. No hamburger patties here. They offer chicken specialties, roast beef, turnovers for dessert, and yummy shakes. They also have a decent amount of the junior dollar menu items. They also used to have delicious«Market Fresh» sandwiches that were up there with gourmet sandwiches, but of course they changed the flavors of those too. No longer are the Roast Beef and Swiss with fresh veggies, honey mustard and whole wheat bread, those were the days. Some of the french dips are ok. Sometimes it seems they try too hard, but it just doesn’t work. Go back to the signature originals and make them with more substance! The service here is pretty good, haven’t had any complaints. Most people are very nice and helpful. The parking is easy as it is in the same plaza as Ralphs and AAA. Lots of parking. I’d only come back for the Jamoca shake…
