Abby, our server, was great! I come here often because it’s close to my house and I’m never disappointed. It’s a step-up from Denny’s and it’s never too crowded.(Unless you come on free pancake day, then that’s a different story.)

Typical I-hop. Nothing special. Servings are very small and lack taste. My order of pancakes came out late. I had to send them back because they were burnt, flat and very rubbery. It took 10 minutes to replace the short stack. Thus, causing the breakfast flow to stagger. They’re are many new diners opening, Mr. I-hop better step the game up. As soon as the older clients pass they will need to appeal to the generation whom appreciates some flaver.

Had the biscuit and gravy combo. It was good except the biscuits and gravy. They were disgusting. Thin hard biscuits and the gravy was bland an. Tasteless. I took a bite and abandoned the rest of them. It was busy but the service was still good

This IHOP is close to a hotel that we stay at so we go there. Me and my girlfriend go to Ihop every weekend where we live we have been to several where we live. But this IHOP is the cheapest IHOP I have ever been to. I order a splash berry every time I go to Ihop and I love them and love IHOP. … This IHOP every time I have gone they do not like to put strawberrys in the splash berrys and 2 days in a row only hands out the special menu by request. Are they serious come on…

Recently my partner and I and our kids went to Ihop on a Wednesday night for dinner after running some errands. When we walked in the restaruant was pretty empty – there were maybe 10 other customers there. We had to wait for about 5 minutes before the host greeted us, and then as we were walking to the table(which was inexplicably far from everyone else in the restaurant) a waitress came out of the kitchen yelling«SHUTUP!» in both English and Spanish. She then proceeded to huff around the dining room slamming silverware on tables that needed to be set. Later, when we were finally able to order, we had to ask twice for our kids’ drinks. Another waiter dropped silverware on the floor then looked around, picked it up, and put it on a table. Never again.

Great, fast and friendly service. Food is delicious and affordable. Can’t complain about anything, our waitress Lily took care of us quickly with a smile. Thank you!

On busy days the place is packed, but that’s a gimme. This place is your typical IHOP. Nothing to fancy at all. Your all american, breakfast served all day diner. We came in and and got seated rather quickly. The place just smells of syrup and pancakes/hotcakes.

Unfortunately, I am forced to write a very negative update to my review in general. Although this is for all I Hops due to their massive menu change and I don’t like it at all. I was going to go there with my Mom and Grandma, but I decided to check out the menu online beforehand. Sometimes some changes are made, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Well, it’s overwhelmingly bad in my opinion. Want those delicious biscuits and country gravy I was talking about in my review? Forget about it, off the menu. Also interestingly enough Denny’s axed it too. So if you want good biscuits and gravy in Auburn it’s Sunbreak Café, Station Bistro, or Shari’s. They also got rid of the cinnamon pancakes and country fried steak. I’m not an omelet person so I don’t care for the new omelets. I used to like some of their sandwiches, but now they have changed the old standby type sandwiches to some newfangled sandwiches that are either spicy, baja, or southwestern. How about a patty melt or the yummy roast beef melts you used to have? I as well as many people I know don’t want and get sick from the spicy, baja, and southwestern stuff. Sure add some new stuff, but keep some of the old stuff too. Another weird one. Turkey berry melt. Who wants berries on their sandwich? Who came up with these bizarre combinations? Wow. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

One star, only cause its required! So we decided to stop in here this evening after some shopping at the mall. It was about 7ish, there was probably 10 cars in the parking lot, so we figured it would be pretty good service, and a quiet meal. Boy, were we wrong! We were seated in a booth and watched as server after server passed right by us, no hi, no we’ll be right with you, NOTHING! My husband said excuse me numerous times trying to grab some ones attention, again, NOTHING! We sat as patiently as possible with an almost 2 year old and watched 6 employess gathered around the kitchen chatting it up. After 15⁄20 minutes of no service, not even an ice water, we walked out. But I couldn’t let it go, so I went back in and asked to speak to a manager, she said if we wanted to come back in our meal would be on them and she would personally serve us, but I was beyond mad at this point and said no thanks. She said we could come back and she would take care of us then, just ask for her. No thanks! Why would we return to an establishment that never acknowledged us? We wouldn’t! If you wanna be ignored, and have people pretend like they don’t see you, then this is definitely the spot to go! However, if you like great service and to have people acknowledge you, go elsewhere! I also should mention that the tables that came after us, had placed orders and received their beverages!

I usually go to the Ihop in Renton for breakfast love the food and service is great! I was in the Auburn area and saw this Ihop the food was ok, the wait was long and the service was poor. Not going to the Auburn Ihop again.

While I agree with what Israel said, I do have a couple complaints, we went here before the movie tonight, and it was understaffed, I think the IHOP on Steele streel was better then this one. The server wasnt on top of his game IMO, and the manager seemed overwhelmed with how many people there was at the restaurant(and it was under 30 people I do believe Overall the food was ok but again, I’ve had better omelets at other IHOP’s. Also lastly, the parking was weird as it was weird trying to get out of their parking lot area.

I’ve been here several times and always get the same thing. It’s usually packed and really loud, especially on weekends. The last time I was there(a few months ago now) the waitress we had was terrible! It took her forever to even take our drink orders. By the time she brought us our food, it was cold… AND she was constantly fumbling and dropping everything all over the table. She even dumped a good amount of maple syrup all over my thigh and didn’t even say anything. She just kept moving like nothing had happened. So I had to eat with syrup all over the place and everything got sticky from the mess. No staff even attempted to help me. Had to go home to change cloths because I was a mess. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever eat here again!!!

My boyfriend and I have frequented this IHOP lately, and the last time I wasn’t too thrilled. We came in on a Saturday mid afternoon so it wasn’t packed like a Sunday morning by there were a few families in the restaurant we were the only couple without children, well long story short we’re just talking and all of a sudden one of the waiters walked in the back room and you can hear all of the employees talking in the back about how many people they’ve slept with and just swearing every other word. One of the families even left before they were done they got so tired of it, I was very offended by there language I even asked the manager if they could maybe keep it down since I work in food service and my manager wouldn’t allow that an he told me «they aren’t bothering about anyone else» that’s when we left… I do not recommend going there and for sure not with children.

It’s IHOP people, what were you expecting? Service was good… food came out quick. I wasn’t expecting something prepared by Mario Batali so I wasn’t disappointed. Decent place to eat. Lighten up with your reviews, people. like I said, it’s IHOP, not fine dining.

I know this is a chain restaurant, but regardless you can still rate the food and service. I love IHOP, and have been to a few that I love their foods, but this one was a bit off. Came here on a Friday morning and my boyfriend and I both ordered the Breakfast Sampler. The food came out too quick, a little too quick. I am sure they make some foods in advance, but the food was warm and not hot like I would like it. The scrambled eggs were good, normal and fluffy The ham was greasy… a bit salty and it was a bit burnt so it had a bitter taste to it. The bacon had a weird taste to it, almost like it was cooked in old oil and was sitting there for a while. The sausage was normal The hashbrowns were a BIG disappointment, it was mushy in the inside, and the outside had barely a crunch. Overall, the food wasn’t good, the only thing that kind of made it up was the girl who served us. She was really sweet.

Pretty average breakfast spot, nothing too special. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast… it was okay. I liked that it came with everything, eggs, hasbrowns, and pancakes. I guess you gotta be in the right mood for everything to taste right. I came here before halfshot still and it was the most amazing meal I ever had… lol…but this last time was just okay.

About what you can expect from IHOP. Their restaurants are kinda gloomy and blah if you ask me, and I understand this is where Obama got his international foreign policy experience … kinda scary.
