Great Customer Service! I was hesitant to switch to Verizon only b/c we’ve been AT&T customers for more than 10 yrs. My fiancé wanted to try them so we went to this store to check out the offers & made a decision about switching. Contrary to what I’ve read here we had a very different experience. We were greeted by Mr. Rafique(there were 3 of them there so, the gentleman w/the beard). I think the one next to him was Ricky and there was another gentleman w/long hair which I don’t remember his name(sorry!). But he was great w/out toddler! First, Mr. Rafique told us about the switch offer(same one we saw online on their website) and we wanted the new IPhone too. He made the experience very pleasant. He was very nice(I don’t care if people will say– of course, he wants to sell!). We found him genuinely nice. At some point our baby started getting every single display phone so Mr. Rafique got one out & gave it to him to keep. A big one! He explained everything to us, offered us insurance which, we declined for now just to have the lower payment and gave us discounts on the phone covers. I have to say, thru all the years w/AT&T, we never had this good of an experience. Still, after a while, our toddler found himself touching everything again & the gentleman w/the long hair came out & put some cartoons on a tablet that was on display. My son immediately stop what he was doing to watch. Mr. Rafique was excellent, he answered all of our questions as thorough as he could & the other 2 gentlemen were excellent as well. We’re happy w/our cell phones & happy we switched. Only time will tell if we made the right choice by leaving AT&T…

If I could give a lower rate I would too. Horribly unprofessional and rude staff. Don’t go there.

The exact same situation occurred to me that unfortunately so many others are sharing, this place is a nightmare! I thought the reps were great at the time of sale, but I too later discovered they had added a line to my account without my consent, extending my contract, again without my consent, for a «better deal» on a replacement phone that was deemed faulty to the«Lollipop Update». Verizon customer service should represent their company much better than this, through their personnel choices and illustrating their corporate policies on authorized Verizon retailers and their support stances on consumers who purchase trusting their Corporate name. Good customer service shows consumers are more than happy to not only pay more at the time of a sale, but also provide referral business. This particular business is only concerned about«the sale». Verizon should really make this right with the consumers that this happens to. Way to fit the stereotypical sales guy role, I hope that works out in the long-run for you gentlemen.

Sales people in this store are not truthful. I wanted to replace my current phone. The salesmen never mentioned the price was with a 2-year contract. I had to ask. They try to hide the $ 30 upgrade fee but you’ll see it on the contract. I specifically said at the beginning that I did not want to pay this. Why should I pay an upgrade fee to continue my service with Verizon? I found a sticker hidden behind the monitor that said«Remind customers of the $ 30 upgrade fee.» I pulled it out and put it on the counter and said they need to be truthful. Suffice to say, I walked out without a phone after probably taking about an hour to get my prior service changed back and current phone reactivated.

DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE! Contrary to the sign in their window, this is NOT a Verizon store — it’s a reseller. I thought I was shopping at a Verizon store and didn’t realize it was a reseller until I left. I came here to buy a new phone and some accessories and they charged me way more than I would have paid at an actual Verizon store. All of their accessories are between 2 and 8 times more expensive than what you can get for the same things(or better) on Amazon. They charged me a $ 50 «payment fee» and never told me that was included in the charges. They also didn’t give me the rebate form for my phone and didn’t even give me a receipt. If you try to return something, they’ll charge a restocking fee(which Verizon stores don’t charge) and they don’t accept returns on accessories.

A couple of the reviews here had me mildly frightened to go to this store, but it was the closest store to me — I didn’t have the luxury of time and I needed to add a new phone line asap. I couldn’t have been more happier! Contrary to what the other reviewers have said, the staff was very efficient with both their time and mine, very professional, very knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful. The employees were all busy with other customers when I walked into the store, but one of the male workers immediately acknowledged me waiting and assured me that someone would assist me momentarily. He then quickly stepped away from the customer he had been helping to help another another employee finish their transaction so that THAT employee could come and help me. I was very impressed. Not once was I pressured to buy any particular kind of phone, or add any services — even when I was the one to ask about them. The guy I was working with took the time to clearly explain everything to me about the new phone, the changes to my plan, what to expect on my next bill and the new commitment I just signed to. Some sales people deliberately — or perhaps on accident — omit those very important details found in fine print, but this guy offered me nothing but total transparency. Now THAT’S what I look for when it comes to good customer service. I definitely give this store 5 stars. They were just overall great, especially compared to my experience in other Verizon stores. Will definitely be going back for future services.

*I opened a Unilocal account JUSTSO that I can write a review on this establishment.* DONOTGOTOTHISSTOREATALLCOSTIFYOUCANAVOIDIT. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone two weeks ago after doing a decent market research and also based on comments from friends who tested it out. The phone I bought was basically a lemon with various intermittent issues which started on day 3 of opening the box. It was probably my luck that I ended up with this poorly functioning phone and I don’t blame the store for inadvertently selling me a defect which was not in their control. My beef is their… surprise, surprise… poor customer service or lack thereof. My experience was very similar to the other review. I had to go back to the store 3 times with very specific detailed issues. Each time sales people ‘tried to fix the problem’ but eventually hinted at user error or ignorance. Now, if I’m back in the store for the 3rd time after their ‘education’ on the phone but with same persisting issues, then wouldn’t one think perhaps it’s the device that is defective?! I went back today(third and final visit) with the phone and its box so that I can switch to another one on the verbal promise that if problems persist, they will replace it. Why did i even believe that offer… My conversation with the female sales clerk(someone I’ve not interacted with before) started out somewhat pleasant while I tried to hide my annoyance at her idiotic attempt at trying to, yet again, fix the phone. Where I finally lost all will to keep composure and understanding was when she said I should manually turn the phone’s WiFi off at home when I’m trying to make phone calls or send texts! And this is after I told her the phone can’t even scan and connect to my WiFi to begin with! If they don’t know how to fix the phone because they’re not the freakin’ experts, then they shouldn’t have pretended and waste my time, energy, and gas driving over! When I eventually asked to replace my phone another sales rep finally mentioned, «oh we don’t have anymore phones and you have to call the 800 number for technical service and use warranty to get a replacement phone.» Welp, a mention of that during the prior visit would’ve been helpful, don’t ya think! Verizon technical service(two men) I talked to were very helpful, and they laughed at the suggestion that I should turn off the WiFi to make calls. Verizon is sending me a replacement so I’m happy with the 30 min phone call resulted in. However, I would’ve been happier not having to go through this kind of hassle to begin with, especially after spending $ 200 on a smart phone.
