Shawna did an amazing job on my hair. I have long very thick hair that can get unmanageable but she cut it in a way that makes it not look thick at all. She also did a great balayage that I get compliments on all the time!

I had a great cut with Shawna. She was friendly, easy to talk to and gave me the cut that I’d been looking for. I will be returning to Supercuts for my next haircut. I like that the app makes it easy to see who is working, so that I can continue to go to Shawna for my hair.

This place gave my husband the worst haircut he’s ever gotten. I hope that next time when a stylist at this place truly does not know how to work with certain types of hair, they will just be honest and say they can’t do it.
He asked for layers, he has longer hair for a guy. You need to separate sections of the hair to cut layers. Tanisha just cut is straight across so it’s all one length. He even showed her a picture of himself with the haircut he was asking for. It’s a haircut a lot like Bradley Cooper’s in the Hangover. Now he looks like something horrible.

Took my toddler and his friend there today and was disappointed with the result. Cut was uneven on both of them and bangs were really bad for his friend.
I have it two stars because the people were real nice, location is good, place was new and clean, prices were decent ($ 16 toddler cut).
However, I won’t come back again unless the quality improves.
***this review is for kids cuts only. Will update if I hear of better results.

Shawna was sensational! I just moved to the area and I’ve been in desperate need of a hair cut. My hair has been long and unmanageable for a while now. I wanted to go shorter but expressed to her my fears of being too short and not being able to put in a pony tail. Seeing as how I have no technical knowledge of hair I always feel like I’m not making sense. She’s patient and wants to make sure you get what you want — in a timely manner I might add! She’s very sweet and friendly. I absolutely love my new cut and have found my new permanent stylist.
