This place is awful. I called on a Friday at 6PM asking when I could pick up if I dropped off then. They said Saturday on the phone, then changed their story once I got there. Then they promised me Saturday on the spot. She even circled the day and crossed out the later day she originally indicated. I came back Saturday, no dice. My wife swings by with the ticket Monday morning. STILLNOSHIRTS. I go on Monday night to get them. They swear they never told me what they did on Friday, AND that my wife should have been able to get my shirts that morning. On top of it all, they charged $ 1.50 per shirt. Naturally, I asked for a discount after all this. She refused, flat out. I told her that I was new to the area and I wanted to keep coming here, but this was a bad first impression. No dice. I told her that I would leave a bad Unilocal review and never come back. She didn’t care. Sucks to be them. Plenty of dry cleaners on King Street.

I tried this place but won’t go back. I took a dry clean only Banana Republic blouse there and they managed to ruin it. First, they said my deodorant ruined the shirt, then they said it was poor quality($ 70), and finally they suggested I get a refund from Banana Republic because they are a large store and the dry cleaning shop is just one, tiny little store. Too bad the shirt is sold out or I’d just replace it. :(

How outstanding! I knew my fiancé was a loyal customer for his dry cleaning, but was skeptical about taking my wedding dress there for alterations. At the end of the day, though, it was just a hem so how bad could it be? Not only did they do an AMAZING job, it was only $ 36 to hem the two layer silk chiffon dress.(I had taken the dress to two other locations, and their quotes were $ 140 and $ 275…insanity!) I’m so glad I went to Summit. To top it all off, the two ladies working there were so very, very friendly. I’ll definitely be going back.
