Sonic Drive-In

I’ve never had to wait long from the time of placing my order to receiving it. Employees are friendly. My kids anticipate the 50c corndog days!

Three times three strikes never going back… Lousey food either cold or old… Plus I feel I may have been the victim of credit card theft…

The ice cream, Sonic Blasts and the flavoring for the sodas are amazing. It’s mostly slow at this restaurant and there’s never not a good time to show up.
I got a large Doctor Pepper with red candied Apple flavoring in it. The drink is amazing tasting and not what I expected in a yummy and interesting tasting.

This restaurant is quick and very friendly service. The general manager there is very nice and takes care of his customers. I recommend eating here

I wouldn’t even give one star. There food is okay but the people there are horribly rude. I’ll never go back! This place sucks!

This Sonic is alright. The food isn’t the best, so I steer clear of that and mostly just hit them up for happy hour drinks. Between 2 and 4 PM, all sodas and slushes are half price. I can go grab drinks for my entire lab (big ones too, 32 – 44 oz) for under $ 10. Unfortunately, the amazing creamslushes aren’t part of the happy hour pricing, since they contain ice cream. They are delicious and worth the price though, especially the orange creamslush. It’s like drinking a liquid creamsicle! My favorite happy hour drinks are probably the cherry limeaid or the lemonberry fruitslush. They can be a bit sweet though, so you may want to order a small your first time if you don’t like drinks that are cloyingly sweet. Go get your drink on!

Went to Sonic at the Alexandria Village Green Shopping Center three times total over the past several months.
The first time, the ice cream machine was broke.
The second, a young drive-​thru cashier was as rude as I’ve heard in any restaurant.
The third time, the ice cream machine was broken again months later or so they said.
I contacted the corporate offices via their website. They thanked me and forwarded the issue to the local operator who never responded. So I emailed them at an address located on the drive-​thru window.
You guessed it, they never responded a second time.
The food was good but from my experience the rotten customer service and operational problems start at the top. I won’t be back.

I’ll start off by saying I love fast food burgers. So why then did I only give this place 2 stars you ask? This place has horrible service. It’s like everyone there’s first day on the first job they ever had.
The last time I went I had to repeat my order to the guy 6 times and that’s no exaggeration And guess what? They still go it wrong!!! Another downside which isn’t any of their faults is no refills on any drinks. So be wise and go for the route 44 during happy hour.(Happy hour being the reason they didn’t get 1 star).
They have great food so if anyone who has had some fast food experience is looking for a job and could help them out it would be awesome. They’re hiring skating people right now. :)
