I took my children to this dentist for years. This first few years they had a wonderful front office staff. I think the lady moved, and they hired three people to replace her. They are overwhelmed. Also, they screwed up submitting my insurance. I paid off the bill to avoid getting a bad mark on my credit, and they did it anyway! And I’m sure the insurance paid too! So, they got double payment, and I got a collection even though I paid.

I went to Dr. Romano’s office for a cleaning and checkup. They are wonderful. The staff is super friendly, the dental hygienist Neal was very informative and did a super job cleaning my teeth.
Additionally, there were able to get me in at the last minute. I highly recommend Dr. Romano and his staff.
