Rite Aid

The review is about the pharmacy itself. For some ungodly reason I’ve put up with this place for the past few years bc of how close it is to me. The pharmacists themselves are horrible, rude and just plain ignorant. I’ve tried hard to make the experience better but every time I’m disappointed and upset. I get meds filled around three times a month. Normally when I get there I’m first in line which seems nice. Nope it’s not. The pharmacists always says I’ll be right with you and then continues on with whatever she’s doing. Ok no big deal but standing there for 10 – 15 mins not helping someone is not ok. This happened every single time without fail! This past time there were two pharmacists and they did the same thing and continued to talk among themselves that was not work related. She acted as if I was bothering her. When I tell them I have two meds to pick up instead of looking she says «are you sure?» When I can plainly show her the info showing they were both filled. I’m fed up with this place and am switching to cvs down the road. Beware of these women they have no business working with the public!

The pharmacists and staff here are rude and incompetent. If they fill your prescription at all, they use very low quality manufacturers that make drugs that hardly work. Avoid this place at all costs

Generally dirty and a little trashy.

Very neat and clean with no long lines. They have good sales too. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful as well.

I really just come here for the pharmacy, as the store itself has nothing really to offer that I can’t find anywhere else. The pharmacy, though, does a good job at having your prescriptions ready on time, and the people behind the (pharmacy) counter are always friendly. I can’t say as much about the people behind the cashier’s counter up front, but that’s another matter. If this were a standalone pharmacy, I’d consider giving it 4 or even 5 stars, but the cluttered store coupled with the barely-​there-​attitude of its staff and the annoyance of having to interact with TC Williams high school kids skipping class, knocks it down to a 3-​star rating.
