I’m really sorry to have to post this review, because it is reflective of the Eye Center’s front office, not Dr. Raeder. I have been a patient of Dr. Raeder’s for several years. I have always found her to be a kind, competent eye doctor. I am due for my annual exam(I even received a reminder letter in the mail). I have been unable to schedule an appointment. I have called the Eye Center SIXTIMES to try to schedule an appointment. I have been put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, transferred to the answering service, hung up on, and finally, dismayed to learn that when I called at 12:31 on Friday they were gone for the day. I am switching eye doctors because I’m sorry, it should not take TWOWEEKSOFCALLING to reach someone. Actually, correction — I have been calling for two weeks and have NOTREACHEDANYONE! I’ve left messages and no one has called me back. Syonara, Eye Center! Good Riddance.
