Pizza Hut

I was hungry for a Pizza Hut pizza. I hadn’t had one in quite a while. The crust did taste like cardboard and was the consistency of such. I now know what people mean when they say a pizza tastes like cardboard. I was 15 minutes early per my pickup time scheduled and the pizza was already in the warming unit. Cold pizza, tasteless, and devoid of cheese. The drizzle was gross and the crust flavor was the only distinguishing taste. What a ridiculous idea??? The thought of another Pizza Hut pizza makes my stomach turn.

I am really disappointed with my recent experience with my local Pizza Hut. I ordered a Large, 2-​topping pizza and a 16-​piece order of chicken wings for my siblings and I.
After waiting an hour, I called the restaurant to understand the delay. The lady reassured me the ordered would be there soon and gave me a $ 10 discount for my wait. After waiting another 30 minutes I called back and was told the pizza was on its way again. The order took an hour and a half to get to my house (which is usually a 3-​minute drive) and when it eventually arrived, the pizza was cold and the wings weren’t in the order.
I would understand it if the store was a longer drive away, but the fact that the store is a 3-​minute drive, makes it unbelievable. I will definitely not order from this pizza hut again.

Absolutely terrible place. I have ordered from this specific Pizza Hut on 4 seperate occasions and all of them were disgusting.
The first time we ordered two pizzas on a Tuesday evening, it took them two hours to get us the pizzas. The pizzas were only a little cold and when I spoke with the manager he assured me this was a fluke.
The second two times the pizzas came within a reasonable amount of time but they were cold, again the manager was apologetic but the deviverer was rude as hell.
The last time I ordered from them I got a warm pizza and hot wings that were clearly rotten. After the first bite of one, the taste was so bad I spit out the chicken only to see that the inside was green. I tried calling to complain but I had to wait until I stopped vometing.
When I called about it the girl thought I was telling her they forgot my wings, when I explained that they gave me some pretty serious food poisoning she started giving me attitude. She gave me the runaround trying to avoid me speaking to her manager and when I finally got to talk to him his only solution was to compinsate my next meal.
I will never order from this Pizza Hut EVER again and if you don’t want to get sick you shouldn’t either!!!

Cold pizza, rude service. I can get better from Little Caesars. I love Pizza Hut, but this store cannot be counted on. Looks like it’s Domino’s until I move somewhere else.
