A long-time fan of Noodles n Company here. However, this location is a poor example of the company. The two times that I’ve come here the cashiers were unpleasant and unfrienly. Were they blatantly rude? No. Did they do their job? Unwillingly and acting as if it was a big chore, but yes. The bare minimum, unpleasant, and making sure that I have no desire to return. The bigger problem was that during my second visit my silverware had multiple pieces of dried food stuck to it. I asked for a new set — same thing, multiple large pieces of old food. At which point I just asked for plastic(thinking back I should have just left, but I was too hungry during my lunch break). Nobody felt bad by the way, nobody thought it was a problem, nobody apologized(there were three people standing at the register when I walked up both times). In fact, the stone-wall faces made it seem like it’s my fault I don’t want to eat with a dirty fork. Do you think that the staff rushed to wash all the silverware? Nope, they just kept standing around, chatting, and laughing. Gross.

I don’t usually go for fast food but this was pretty awesome! The Wisconsin Cheesesteak and Tomato soup were soooo yummy! I think I’ll be back for more!

I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs could best be described as bouncy. Or perhaps spongy? Either way some physics was at work with these things. That said… as someone who is very particular about meat, they were surprisingly edible. For an under-$ 10 entrée this place is actually not that bad. And I totally agree about the employees. We literally stood in line for several minutes while five were just chatting with each other a few feet away behind the counter.

I went to Noodles & Company on 10÷6÷15 for a late dinner(and to see what national Noodle Day was all about. .. turns out you get coupons). I am surprised this location is getting such a low rating on Unilocal.I had a pleasant experience when I was there. Yes. The pasta was not fantastic but Noodles & Company is consider fast and casual(don’t go expecting a fine dining experience). Nothing tasted stale(well except for the cookie which I will get to in a second) and everything came out warm. I liked the fact that the staff at this location clears your utensils and plates for you. The staff was also nice. The only thing I will knock the restaurant down for is the cookie which I purchased for dessert tasted stale and old(so next time I stop by I will skip the extra calories which I probably don’t need anyway and just stick to the pasta). In a nutshell, if you need a fast and casual restaurant(or just can’t bear the thought of cooking) Noodles & Company is a good option.

This place is Charles Barkley terrible. I should’ve known when I walked in during the dinner hour and there was only one other customer in the entire restaurant. The food was gross and barely warm. I got sick a few hours after eating it, but I’m not sure whether it’s because the food tasted so terrible or if it wasn’t handled properly. Either way, I won’t be back.

Food is okay, but overpriced. The base price seems okay, but they charge an extra $ 3 to add three shrimp, $ 1 to add two pieces of broccoli, and $ 1 to add three spinach leaves. I paid over $ 12 for a small bowl of pasta with minimal protein or veggies. Disappointing for the price.

Nice location convince wise, but parking is kind of a pain small parking lot. Inside is clean and the staff was friendly, it was my first time to noodles and company and they helped me pick something! The noodles were good and the sauce was good for under $ 10 pretty decent meal, I wish it came with bread or salad or something though. Some locations sell wine! yum!

Never ever returning to this unit. The food was cold, the pad Thai only had noodles, the Babcock curry did not have any coconut milk. Really bad. If you can stay away.

Well, the place was much cleaner than I expected, based solely off of reviews. The complements end there. Food was. That sums it up. Ordered Pad Thai and Mac and Cheese(split between two kids). Kuddos to the waiter for bringing an extra plate. Cheese seized up within minutes, which means it was either poor quality cheese or not hot enough when brought out. Pretty sure Pad Thai has peanuts in it, but I had none. An overabundance of bean sprouts, lending to the meal feeling unbalanced. However, I won’t complain too much. Now that I’m recalculating the total, I realize that there is no way i was charged full price. Almost makes up for it.

I came here with my boyfriend and I got the Thai hot pot. It’s supposed to have jalapeño peppers as well as some type of red pepper(I believe its just bell pepper) and it had neither. So I brought It back to them, because I had it before and I know how it’s supposed to be and the girl at the register told me I have to ask to have it put in. This is the 3rd time I’ve got it and I’ve never had to «ask» them to put it in before. The manager came and fixed the problem and apologized and was kind, she let me keep the old one and brought out a fresh one with no problems. But seriously, the workers need to be better trained

My first and last time coming. Don’t do it, just paid almost 12 dollars for dry noodles and a drink. They charge a dollar extra for more sauce and cheese. It’s not worth it as my noodles were overdone, you could do better at even olive garden and that’s saying a lot.

I agree with most of the 2-star(«meh» giving) reviews on here. Why do I keep coming back this place? God knows. I guess it’s because its a good way to stop whining kids — shovel mac n cheese into them… Tables tend to be a little dirty. Other than that, it’s a typical N&Co… I also agree with the reviews that mentioned the staff really seems to hate their jobs… On one particular visit, we encountered an unusual situation. An Indian guy had his laptop and was working at one of the tables, having apparently eaten there… However, every few minutes or so, he would lie down on the floor in between the tables and just lay there. He made a few calls from the floor, did a bit of meditating, then he would go back to eat or work on his laptop, business as usual… some people complained that it was weird, but when one of the employees worked up the nerve to say something, he yelled that he was a paying customer — what’s wrong? Take a look at the pictures I have attached… bizarro…

Based on the previous comments is evident that they pay attention and make changes. You spoke and they listen. The gentleman who took my order(Ethan), suggested the Gig Pig Flatbread. Glad he did, 4 triangular pieces of hot flatbread cover with pulled pork, caramelized onions, fetta cheese, lettuce, drizzle with a reduction of balsamic vinegar… AMAZING!!.The price is right on point, $ 3.49. I ordered twice. The place is clean, but they have to work on cleaning the tables faster, otherwise I will give them 5 stars. Recommended.

So food is ok, especially for the price. Service is probably the worst. I think all the staff here should wear the shirt saying«I hate my job». Place is not clean at all even though the staff is not busy at all. Literally half of the tables have not been cleaned in the last half an hour I’ve been sitting here. And customers have nowhere to sit. Girl at the register just hates her life and people. Will not be back to this place.

Avoid if you have a gluten allergy or Celiac: while gluten-free noodles are available, they cook them in the same water as regular noodles if you don’t specify you’re gluten-free for medical reasons.

This noodles and company is absolutely tasteless. I keep coming back thinking it’ll be different or they’ll have a new cook. But, no. I will not give this noodles and company any more of my money!

Visited Noodles and Company around 12:30 pm for a weekday lunch with 3 other coworkers. There was no line, so we all went up to the counter after studying the menu(complete with calorie counts, yay!) and ordered. I got the caramelized udon noodles with steak and felt just so so about it all. The noodles were good, but could’ve been a little more saucy. My food was cold enough that I wanted to ask for it to be microwaved, but being that it was an office lunch, I decided to just suck it up. The steak was better than regular fast food steak, but was probably a mi-steak!(har har har) The chicken on my coworkers noodles looked appetizing, even to someone whose pretty picky about her chicken, though I know other reviewers have commented on it being compressed. The futuristic fountain drink machine is neat, but it creates a bottleneck in that part of the restaurant because you have to go one at a time, and the machine will time out while you wait for the tremendous amount of fizz to go down to refill the other quarter of your cup, so you have to start all over. They bus your tables themselves, which is nice I guess, but also confusing to a lot of patrons. Overall: Meh. I don’t think I’d be back unless I was jumping on an office bandwagon.

Stop into this noodles and co for a quick. Lunch. The noodles in my beef stroganoff were a limitless cold, but the rest was quite passable. Pretty much standard for a. Chain and right next to GameStop which is very nice On a final note, my stroganoff did have a rich, creamy texture. I just wish my noodles weren’t so cold

«Highly corporate restaurant with good food and great diversity of flavors to choose from» Food: 4⁄5 Service: 2⁄5 Atmosphere: 3⁄5 Parking: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5
Noodles and company is a corporate chain of restaurants that cater to the world’s different culinary variations of pasta dishes(Asian, American, European) on top of which can be added a host of different meats, cheeses, and other toppings. Food here is good. Not great, but hey, it’s just one step above fast food. Everything is well seasoned, is made to order fresh, and comes in a great portion size at an excellent price. Nothing to complain about flavor-wise. The quality isn’t terrible, but not great… the chicken seems very processed and highly compressed but the sauces are all very flavorful. Service here is done Panera-style with orders taken at a counter and, after receiving a number to place on the table, the meal is brought out to you along with utensils. Of my trips here, I’ve never gotten a smile out of an employee and there is little eye contact, just not friendly at all. There is one of those newer soda machines that offers an enormous variety of drinks for your choosing by a touch screen which is a plus. However, plastic cups? Even Starbucks has ceramics or glass for dine-in guests… please return those tacky tacky cups to the Chuck-E-Cheese in which you found them. Not to mention the«cooking wine» in plain sight stacked up behind the counter is boxed Franzia… noted. Parking is ample with a private strip mall lot and I advise hungry Unilocalers in need of a fast, hot, and inexpensive meal to stop in!

I am surprised by the number or negative reviews for this location. I have frequented this Noodles & Company for over five years now. I’ve dined in and gotten takeout at a varying times of the day. The food and service are always good. Where else can two people eat dinner for under $ 20? No, this isn’t gourmet food. It’s certainly better than most fast food restaurants. The food is consistently good. No complaints here!
