McDonald’s

Stopped by to get some food on my way home and the cashier was rude as hell… I told her that I had the exact change for my order (three times to be specific) but she was so worried about breaking one of her nails and didn’t hear me.

My husband and I were on a road trip to NOLA and we «had to» stop here.
Honestly, I am writing this review to let everyone know that is you are on a road trip and you need to pee, these are the bathrooms that you want to stop at. Clean and roomie.
Grab a McFlurry, an apple pie or whatever floats your boat, and pee away, because the next decent bathrooms you are going to find on the road, are the ones at Starbucks in Baton Rouge.

Came in at 10:36 and the lady behind the counter has me wait right off the bat because they were «not taking lunch orders» (never mind the fact that the lunch menu was visible). So after 5 minutes of awkwardly standing there, she goes back and asks the other workers who look at her like she’s insane and say yes, of course we’re taking lunch orders. So I order… and my 3 friends behind me ordered. All 3 got their food before me. Turns out they literally forgot my order. Maybe it didn’t go through or something, who knows. Then once they woke up, I still had to wait a fair bit of extra time for the fries. Not to mention, their self-​serve ketchup was out (both of them), and the employee didn’t believe me, tried it out, and said «I’m not changing this because it’ll get all over me». Then, after an unnecessary wait for some little ketchup packets, finally got to enjoy my food. Workers were generally apathetic and uncaring. The fries were hot but the service was not… this restaurant’s problems amount to a lot. In this place I surely won’t be caught. For good fast food, hit a different spot!

Unfortunately I’m forced to live near this McDonald’s, making it the only one that is available for me to go and purchase food at. Every single time that I order from this McDonalds they get it wrong! every single time! I asked for no egg they add egg. I ask for extra bacon they don’t put the extra bacon. their fries are either cold and stale or still frozen. I have never been more disappointed with a chain restaurant in my life the manager and or franchise owner should be ashamed of himself and this is me being nice. This McDonalds surpasses the Marksville McDonalds in horrible quality by eon@, Not one single employee is competent enough to fill a food order which means they need to go back to elementary school. Your employees need to be retrained and should never receive any kind of $ 15 an hour minimum wage!

There was no soap stocked in the men’s bathroom. I can only assume the male employees don’t properly wash their hands

Can’t really complain. Atmosphere was not as friendly as most McDonalds, but staff was sufficiently helpful. Some orders took a while to process, but since the drivethru was packed I understand. Not the best McDonald’s, but it was okay.

Look it’s a Mickey D’s…it has got a facelift/​renovation and on my swing through the Drive Thru I noticed the interior was fresh and updated and well lit…
I’m not really that much of a Mickey’s fan anymore but every now & then I still get a craving for a Filet o Fish or a Big Mac… but when I’m eating pavement with my kids Mickey D’s is great road food to keep them little beasts satiated so I can complete the journey to the Boss City in semi peace… cause seriously, don’t give me that crap about the journey when we all know it’s about the destination… especially if you’re rolling on 49… cause if your joy in the journey is staring at canefields and pine trees until your brain goes numb then you should seek professional help!
This one is centrally located just north of Alexandria proper at Exit 90…
So to recap 1) good road food, 2) shuts the kids up, C) allows the loving parent some semi peace to finish out that bitch of a haul…
So if you’re rolling 49, North or South, swing in at Exit 90 and get you some…
