Pretty much the worst eyeglass experience of my life. Ordered some sunglasses. They said they’d call when they arrived. A month later, no call. Showed up, there they were. Tried them on. The polarizing was off in one lense, so you get this weird 3D glasses effect. They said no problem, sent them back, they’d call when they arrived. Three weeks later, no call. Went back, there they were. Tried them on: SAMEDAMNPROBLEM. They said, no problem. Sent them back, they’d call. Two weeks later, no call. Showed up, there they were. SAMEPROBLEM, DIFFERENTLENS. They said, no problem. Sent them back. Went to a different optician. A week later, they called, and I had my glasses. You’re not saving any money, time, or sanity by shopping here.

Poor service Forced upsells Confusing double talk 3 hour process that ended with me walking out. They handed me a folder telling me it was the prescription — it was not. The Dr. was great, kind and knowledgeable.(hence 2 stars) Waquas was difficult to work with, difficult to understand, quoted me no less than 3 different prices for the same thing. Frustrating, unprofessional and not worth the time. I happily spent a little more at LensCrafters for a 100% much better experience.
