After my bad experience I was contacted by Visionworks and they adjusted my price right away and offered to fix my glasses. I appreciate their quick actions to solve my problem.

I had a good experience here. Anytime you get glasses it can get pricey fast. I wanted to get a rx sunglasses or my current frames as tranistions and polarized. I settled on the latter. My total was around $ 300 and the guy who Checked me out said it would still be cheaper overall to get the rx sunglasses with their buy one get one free special.
So for $ 70 extra bucks I ended up getting Micheal Kors rx sunglasses and my current frames with transition lenses and updated prescription as the free pair. I appreciated that. I think their customer service was great. And I am excited to get both glasses soon!

Absolutely awful while me and my daughter were there getting new glasses for her the customer service was awful and insulting to me when they heard we had military insurance then when my daughter picked out the glasses she wanted and we were getting them ordered somehow with a buy one get one free deal I landed up paying almost 400 dollars then when I was examining my receipt once we were home I called about a charge of 110.00 for each glass it’s to put a glare coat on them BS. never again never had issues like this anywhere else that is included in the fee for lenses and is only a few dollars more.

I miss having VSP.
That said, this was on the list of providers near my home, so I gave it a shot. The doc was able to make a minor adjustment to my lenses and recommend a fantastic OTC allergy eye drop that made my life significantly easier not too long ago.
The technicians who help you select your glasses and fit them for you are all relatively young, friendly and helpful. They won’t let you walk out of there looking like a complete nerd unless that is the look you are going for. No judging.
The place is easy to find and near several fun shopping and dining options.
