Dollar Tree

Ages ago I used to scoff at dollar stores but no more. This place is fantastic with some amazing finds for that all too rare price of, you guessed it, a dollar.
I came here looking for Xmas gift bags and a cornucopia of the suckers in all sizes and design; I wax particularly fond of the giant size bags that were big enough to several presents. However, while I was looking for my Christmas wrapping goodies, I discovered that the sell cheese, chicken, ice cream snacks, and eggs for, drum roll please, a dollar.
Ok, some of it was a bit weird, but for a buck you can’t really argue. I plane to make this one a regular stop. Who knows, with all of these savings, I might retire a millionaire.

In a time where just about all of the household products needed by any family are a bit pricey at box stores and grocery chains, Dollar Tree is able to provide comparable merchandise at a reasonable price.
I can get a good deal on cleaning, kitchen, and gift wrapping supplies. That is, why go to a big grocery chain and pay $ 2.50 for a 25 ounce bottle of dishwashing liquid when you can get it for a buck at Dollar Tree? Plus, unlike many other independently-​owned dollar stores, this Dollar Tree is clean, takes great care as to the merchandise it offers its customers, accepts manufacturers coupons, and the customer service is great.
It pays to take time to do some research before shopping at any dollar store. This reviewer suggests, for those of you going to any dollar store to buy non-​perishable food items, that you do some comparison shopping, i.e. size and pricing, at your local grocery store first. For example, why pay 79 cents for a 15 oz. can of green beans at a dollar store, when you can purchase the same item at the grocery store for 68 cents? On the other hand, a quart of boxed milk goes for a buck at Dollar Tree, but the grocery store price for the same item is almost three dollars!
This particular Dollar Tree is one of the few in the region that has a refrigerator case stocked with meat, dairy, and frozen food items.
Here is one last word of advice. Treat any dollar store visit like the weekly shopping for groceries. Leave the kids at home and have a list in hand before you go, because there will be a lot of opportunities for impulse buying at a buck per item.
