Denae Judd & Associates – Keller Williams Realty

After selling our home to us almost four years ago, we do not look at Denae Judd as just a realtor, we also view her as a friend and a wonderful resource for real estate information and our local market. Our position was a somewhat unique one where we contacted Denae after finding a home for sale that we loved which she was the listing agent for, we were not working with a buyers agent at the time. Denae was able to show us the home immediately and ended up working on the sale of our home as our agent AND the agent of the sellers. We never felt like she did not have our best interest throughout the process. We worked a rent back situation with the sellers that Denae also negotiated for us.
Since then, we continue to keep our eye out for investment properties and the market in general. We have contacted Denae on at least three occasions to show us properties and she always accommodated us, even sending a team member when she was not available.
I recommend Denae to my friends and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in working with a fair and knowledgable realtor, who above all else LISTENS to her clients. I only wish I personally knew more people in the market to send her way!
