Customer service is mediocre and the selection is below what I’ve seen in other BB&Bs. Returning things can also be a pain when they use the customer service counter as a checkout line. If you have a simple question or return expect to wait.

If you must have top of the line merchandise for your home, or are looking for a practical gift, a visit to this Bed, Bath and Beyond is a must.
Moms shopping at this Bed, Bath and Beyond, with their kids in tow, need to be mindful that there is fully-​stocked candy display strategically placed near the check-​out lines.

I used Bed Bath & Beyond for my wedding registry. There were some returns on duplicate items. I was given store credit and continued to use this store. Also this store carries Soda Stream replacement cartridges just ask at the register. Don’t forget to bring your coupons even if you think they are expired.

I recently went to this store and needed to use the restroom. For a store that is all about bathrooms, they sure don’t care about their own. It was a filthy mess– 2 out of 3 toilets were stopped up, the trash was overflowing onto the floor, the paper towel dispenser was empty and a soggy roll of paper was sitting on the sink counter, surrounded by water. What was even worse was the reaction of the «customer service representative» (I use that term generously) when I very politely and diplomatically informed her that I believed the lady’s room needed servicing. She simply stared at me. She looked as if she did not understand what I was saying and so I felt compelled to elaborate and reluctantly provided a few examples of the issues. At that point, she simply said «ok». No apologies, no thanks, no nothing.
What an unpleasant experience — will think twice about shopping there again — I can’t get those images out of my head when I think of this store. Am posting this simply because this isn’t the first time I have noticed their bathrooms are so disgusting at this store. It’s sad that you can have a more reliably clean bathroom experience at an Exxon station than you can at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I think they should rename themselves «Bed Bath and Below» as in, «below expectations». I don’t shop there to use the bathroom but nature calls and the conditions of their bathrooms sends a clear message as to how much they care about customers.

Nothing special here. Cramped isles and customer service is at a 1%. I think there was maybe 2 people working.

This place is just an overpriced Walmart. Most of the kitchen items sold here can be found at Walmart, TJMax and other discounted stores. While I appreciate this chain and what they have to offer, I wouldn’t want shop here if I didn’t receive their 20% off coupons.

Great location. Lots of parking and huge store with tons of options. The staff is great and even helped me with the coupons and purchasing something online in the store. Deals are much better than everywhere else including online spots like amazon most of the time. You can use buy but baby coupons here or world market or vice versa because all the same company. Dangerous sometimes with the wife because of all the random stuff to buy.

Prices: Remarkably lower prices than I remember. I read an article that they were lowering their prices, and they definitely are. I priced out a KitchenAid Professional mixer on Amazon at $ 420 and found the same one here at $ 450 with a $ 50 mail in rebate and a 20% off coupon… should bring the price down to around $ 310 if they give me the percentage off of the total price.

This is a decent-​sized place with a good selection. It seems a little darker and more cluttered than other Bed, Bath, and Beyonds. The main issue I have with this particular store is that the staff doesn’t seem very friendly at all — few smiles, no greetings, and limited help when I had a question. I had come from a store with excellent customer service, so the weaker customer service here may have been magnified in my eyes. .. but I just didn’t enjoy my experience here.

When it comes to Bed Bath & Beyond, seen one, you’ve pretty much seen them all. This one was no different as the gf and I were doing our best «Old School» Saturday impersonation minus the streaking down Main St. The BBBY was clean, well-​lit, and packed to the gills with the same products you’ll find at every store. I will say that this location did seem bigger than the ones in Pentagon Row and near the Springfield Mall. Getting to the store is very straightforward and there’s ample parking available once you get to its strip mall location. Customer service was satisfactory as they processed the gf’s return/​refund without question. Basically, this Bed Bath & Beyond isn’t bad and it isn’t incredible… it just «is».
