This company’s service was terrible. Our home warranty company 2 – 10 does not have the best vendors we are finding. They sent a repair man to fix our dishwasher and he couldn’t even pull it out. He asked us to get a contractor who would charge $ 150. My husband was able to easily pull out the dishwasher. So then we had to make another appointment, etc. The gentleman helping us on the phone had no customer service skills whatsoever. At the end of the terrible experience this company did not complete the fix we did find express appliance who very quickly and easily did the fix for us

NEVERUSETHEM!!! They are rude and incompetent! I only used them because they were sent by my home warranty company. Had some flooding from my washer that caused minor cosmetic damage. Guy came out, he was very nice and kept me informed of what he was doing. The flooding was caused by a clogged sensor which is what tells the water to stop coming into the washer. He said he fixed it and was ordering a new part for where the water pours into the washer as mine would drip(this was not related to the flooding). He even told me I could use my washer again. I did 2 loads of laundry the next night — 1st load was fine but when the 2nd load was going I heard horrible noises from above(it’s on the 3rd level) and I could hear water in the walls of the bathroom below it. I ran upstairs and found the water overflowing — the censor didn’t tell it to stop. The water started raining through my air fan in the bathroom and somehow soaked into the carpet all around my bathroom on the main level. The following day I called them to tell them about the damage and the person who answered the phone was very hard to understand due to a thick accent but when j told him what happened he was very rude to me and even yelled at me. He said, your washer isn’t fixed yet and I told him that the piece that is being ordered has nothing to do with the flooding and your technician told me I could use my washer. He repeated himself a few more times and said, «that’s not our problem». I told him«yes it is your problem because that’s what your technician said» and he hung up on me. I called back a minute later and he picked up the phone and hung it up. I had originally asked for the owner or manager to which neither was there. This is a horrible company with incompetent workers who are rude and nasty. NEVERUSETHEM!!!
