I will never, ever go to Valvoline again. $ 64 for oil change. Firestone does the same synthetic blend change with a coupon for $ 19.99. I complained (they had already let the oil out of my car) and the service manager said, «You’re paying for the convenience of a 15 minute change. At Firestone you might have to wait for an hour or so. What’s your time worth?» The fact is that I would have someone follow me to Firestone and I would drop my car off and pick it up later. Ripoff!!!
