It gets crowded so get the mobile app! They usually make my drink correctly but I prefer the Starbucks in Target off Paseo.

I swear I have never had a right drink here after 10 times trying it out, I came just because it is so close to my house. I ordered a coconut mocha frap this morning and it turned out like crap, I asked for a redo and the girl worked there had an attitude about it. If I want a peaceful morning, I choose not to come here!

It is what it is. It’s a FIVEBUCKS! My caramel macchiato wasn’t too shabby. Plenty of seating.

Just in case the Flying Star on Juan Tabo didn’t have a book you were interested in trading, this $ location has a leave a book or take a book shelf near the west door. Many stop in this place for any 150+ Starbucks drinks. This location does not have a drive through, but at least there is indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your tasty beverage. If you are in need of a drive through location, there is one located down the street on the NW corner of Paseo and San Pedro. The advantage of coming to this location is that there are many other little shops around, so if you are craving coffee, but the people you are with are not, then they can chose from any of the other business locations nearby such as the Keva Juice… or simply walk to the Smith’s next door to enjoy anything from in there. This location is A-OK for the atmosphere. They lose two stars because compared to other workers at many Starbucks locations, the workers here are not as welcoming, outgoing, and happy. Cheer up folks.

Yikes. Don’t come here from 3 – 4. The kids from a close by school flooded it and it was freaking loud, chaotic and I thought I was going to die. Besides that it is an extremely nice shop, quiet, and peaceful. Awesome outside tables and views too.

The music is way too loud. No outlets. The coffee is fine. This is not a relaxing stop by any means. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

As another reviewer said, «it’s a Starbucks — no surprises await you here.» That is true, but I will still comment on a few things that I think are worthwhile; especially since I work in the same shopping center, and I frequent this location a lot. First, I think there is something of a management/leadership issue at this location. The employees here seem far more stressed than at any other Starbucks I visit, and their difficulty coping with it is visible at all times of day. Whether there’s 1 customer in line at lunch time, or 5 in the drive-thru and 10 in line early in the morning, the stress level is very apparent — and it impacts the service you receive as a customer. I make these comments as the manager of a customer-facing business, and as someone who faces high stress and challenges on a daily basis. When employees let their frustration show through, or they retreat into robotic interactions with customers, the overall customer experience suffers. There are certain employees here who are simply NOT pleasant to interact with; they are trying to follow a script that’s comfortable for them and just«scrape by» in the transaction, because they feel so overloaded by something. Again, there’s nothing special about this Starbucks that should make employees more stressed or bogged down than those at any other Starbucks. I’ve gotten more personable service at Starbucks in LAX on peak travel days… So my conclusion here is, bad management. I don’t know what the deal is, but it makes me cringe a bit as a customer sometimes. It’s not a great experience when I have to actually INTERRUPT the cashier who’s taking my order, because she’s so busy trying to tell me to «have a nice day»(the customer service equivelant of a middle finger) even when I haven’t finished ordering all the things I want! There’s nothing distinctly«bad» about this Starbucks — but the service leaves a lot to be desired, and does not seem up to the high standard I see at other locations around the city. If I’m going to go out of my way and pay for slightly overpriced coffee, I should at least get friendly service!

Typical friendly neighborhood starbucks. The service is always great and they never screwed up my order. I guess my only complaint for it is that the store can be arranged little bit better because when you are awaiting your drinks, the store is small so you always ended up bumping into people That is the only reason I don’t like to go to this Starbucks that much unless I have to.

I don’t always drink Starbucks but when I do this is my store. The staff is always friendly, the environment is always good, and the outdoor seating is always nice. That being said, it’s a Starbucks — no surprises await you here.

No reviews for this yet, so I’ll add one. Your basic Starbucks in a strip mall. But in this one the staff was markedly efficient and friendly; not harried by the long line. Our multi drink order, plus ground beans, was handled without error. We were in and out in no time.
