Smith’s at Mountain Run Shopping center is my favorite grocery store that isn’t a Trader Joes, Sprouts or Costco. The store is well organized, clean, and the staff are friendly. I love the mark down area and have found amazing deals on lots of things. I rarely wait in line. I feel that the weekly savings add up and I love the fact I can save money on gas, which is reasonable to begin with, by using my rewards card for groceries. The pharmacy is probably one of the best aspects of this store. It has great hour, amazing prices on RX drugs and the staff are wonderful!

Arriving at the pharmacy at 9:15 a.m., I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait for my son’s RX. At 10:30 I found out the pharmacist was late for work that day and the tech was not able to fill my son’s order. At 11:15 I finally received his medication. That’s right, I waited 2 hours for something that should take a few minutes. I didn’t even get an apology. And since my son has cancer it’s completely unacceptable! I’ll not return.

This is a review of the post office. Jeffery was an absolute jerk today. Before I could open my mouth to ask about a label, he informed me «I don’t see an address» really?!? Not hello, how are you?!? He needs to learn customer service skills.

This review is for the post office. the post office website says they are only closed for 30 mins from 1:30 — 2:00. The sign on their closed gate says 1:15 — 2:15. The guy behind the counter literally tossed the box I gave him from 5 feet away to the container of boxes awaiting pick up. This location literally does not give a rats a$$ about your time or your package.

Ran in just to pick up two things and to go into the post office to get a box to mail Christmas gifts. It’s the holidays and you would think the Post Office would stock the shelves. If you thought that you’d be wrong. Not my favorite Smith’s, but definitely not the worst.

Smith’s seems to always have great deals on groceries. I also like the fact that you get cents off your gas purchase if you earn points on your Smith’s rewards card. Unfortunately, that all means nothing when you have poor service and the groceries you need are no where to be found. I went to this location on this week for about 10 items. My first stop was the produce department. NOASPARAGUS! I asked the produce manager and he said, «yeah, we’re all out»… Next, Teddy Grahams for the little one…“Oh, we don’t carry those… I think”. Last, the straw that broke this came’s back, the deli. No one works the deli when the store manager calls on the store’s loud speaker for a «meeting» at the front of the store. I finally went to the meeting spot, where the employees were all laughing and sitting on store furniture. I found a manager hanging out and asked him if anyone works at the deli counter during the meeting he just called. He quickly passed the buck to the deli employee that was hanging out. On our way to the deli, the deli guy said, «So what meat do you want from the deli?» I told him I wanted to see what they had because I had spent my whole time at the counter looking for anyone that was working. He quickly groaned and at that point pissed me off. I will never go back to this location again!
