Paul Davis Restoration

I contacted PDR as we had visible mold and mildew smells in our business. At first, I believed them to be helpful, but I was told that in order for them to come quote me, I would have to pay for a mold inspection. $ 530 later, I sent the report to them and asked them to quote the section of wall that needed remediated.
When showing up, J.W. was discourteous to my staff and left but not before telling my business partner that he was too busy and that he wouldn’t «waste his company’s time» with giving us a bid. He did however, take it upon himself to call our landlord and create further negative feelings with them. Since we are on a month-​to-​month lease, the landlord became upset at me trying to solve the mold problem (that they say is no big deal). Needless to say, thanks to J.W. and his boss John M., the mold is still toxic in my environment and I have wasted two weeks waiting on a positive response from an alleged «reputable» company. We also have only 22 days to relocate our business now as the landlord will be «taking care of it themselves.»
If you are a small business, I would play it very careful before you call PDR. They made a very bad situation for me and my staff even worse. If you’re up for being disrespected, then by all means…
