Was the worst pedicure ever! Went with my 80 year old mother the women cut my moms toe couldnt stop the bleeding? As for myself I’m still recovering from the poor job they did on my feet, I’ll never go there again!

The staff is super friendly and always offer you water. The only thing I had an issue with is that the lady doing my pedicure was pressuring me to get a leg wax (i dont blame her, my legs were kinda hairy lol!) but sitll, it made me feel a little bit weird. All in all, I would go back. :) They always do a really good job.

Great service! The facility was very clean and fairly busy. My party of four for pedicures were immediately place in our chairs and serviced. The staff was friendly and warm. They also communicated primarily in English, which was comforting. Very impressed and would definitely return upon my visit to Albuquerque!

I went here with my mother-​in-​law yesterday. The staff was friendly and offered us water to drink. However, after my pedicure the woman didn’t even offer me flip flops and she walked away for ten minutes while my mom had started to get her nails done. It was obvious she had forgotten about me. Then I keep getting pressured to get waxed. It made me feel self-​conscious and awkward. My nails look really good, but for service I would go somewhere else.

We were in town for a family reunion over Christmas, and the ladies decided to go have a nails day. Paradise took 7 of us in with only an hour notice and gave us great service. The salon was brightly lit, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. And to top it off, the mani/​pedi was only 30 $. I wish they had a location near me in Austin!

I like the spacious area where manicures and pedicures are done. My nails were left a bit rough. Not buffed as smooth as I like. Lousy color choices of gel polish. Selection is just OK.
Lip and eyebrow wax done without any issue. Wax was perfect temperature for my skin. I did not have a Brazilian wax done there. Not the right environment for me. I recommend Paradise for minor waxing. Try somewhere else for your nails. Mine weren’t shaped to my liking. I gave them a few attempts however I won’t go back.
